Nice central hotel. Unfortunately, our room bathroom had a few issues and the cleaning service wasn’t that good. The hotel offers bike rental service but is triple or more the price when compared to other street shops around. So, price around!

The lifts were a little slow, location is amazing. It was an acceptable hotel. AC wasn’t working well. Swimming pool is rather smaller than the photos give impression.

Super easy check in ! Staff very pleasant ! Definitely recommend booking the massage and spa package ! Felt rejuvenated after that experience! Will definitely stay again !

Fantastic hotel - very nice to find somewhere quiet with a pool in the city. Great location, good size room, reasonable priced and tasty food in the restaurant. My only criticism would be the hallways are slightly too dark.

We went on a girls' city trip and were more than satisfied with the Primus. The location was perfect for reaching all the attractions in 20 minutes or less. We rented bikes directly from the hotel, which were very comfortable. Shopping and restaurants right next to the hotel and just a 12-minute walk from the subway. We were very satisfied. Thank you Hotel Primus

Excellent hotel with nice staff and great amenities. It is right in the Centre of everything. Great to use public transportation and easy walk to shopping dining and City of Arts and Sciences. We loved the pool and deck. The spa was wonderful and the staff were genuine and kind. We felt cared for and very safe.

The property was very well located in relation to the oceanographic institute, the hemisphere, the science museum and Valencia marina.
Buses stop right outside the door whether you are going to the beach or to one of the many museums in the city

We changed room 3 times, first due to a leak in the AC unit, they gave us another “smaller” room in the first floor that was a nightmare due to noises. After complaining, on third day they gave me a good room “but have pay extra”, because the supervisor who promised me a settlement for the first crazy day, did not show up and did not left a note.
In addition, I found towel with stains on it, and shower head in 3 rooms needs to be replaced.

Rude staff, the pool picture is a lie that is there, but you need to pay to use it. The room was dirty when we arrived, it was changed to a better room the next day.

We liked this hotel. The room was comfortable and the local was great, walking distance to the aquarium. The restaurant had good food and the staff were helpful.

The internet never works.
They let so many guests (in such summer vacation hit time) reside in the hotel and only switched on one of the three elevators.
You need to wait for more than 10 min to go up and down stairs.

The hotel was nice, it was well-kept and clean while providing a safe and comfortable place to stay. I did find an issue with the hotel when I asked them to place a bottle of champagne in my room prior to arrival and I was told by the hotel that it would be placed with no issue, however, it wasn't until I talked to the front desk that my champagne was delivered to my room. The pool was dirty and overcrowded at most times, they did not allow food or drink near the pool you had to sit in a separate area away form the pool to even enjoy a cocktail which was unfortunate.

Service was very good, staff were excellent, it really makes a difference. The room was nicely laid out, it was clean and utilities were good. The pool/ outdoor area was nice. It'd be good if there was a bit more gym equipment. Spa was out of use at that time, so I can't comment on that.
