Once again, it was a great stay. It is a great value hotel in terms of location, rate, quality etc. It is always my first choice when I have business in that area. The staff are always warmly welcoming. They gave me a free upgrade because the room was not ready. Very much appreciated.

During my 6 day stay, every day was to perfection. Ceren Hanım and Ramazan Bey at the door were incredibly helpful, friendly and attentive. Cannot recommend this place more! Will definitely be coming back. Thank you for everything..

Very good service. Staff very happy and helpfull. Only problem is, clean sheets are not put in every day which you would expect at this price. Had to ask for clean glasses every day, for new water every day.

We had a few issues with the room and they tried hard to resolve. There was some communication issues and they did try to rectify the situation. A clean and tidy hotel, breakfast is good. Great for the Metro to get in and out of the centre of Istanbul.

When I first entered the shower booth, I smelled a bit of urine. It disappeared when I turned on the water. The other part was very satisfying.

If I wrote down all of the things this hotel did to me and said to me and treated me would be shocking! I could never ever get over the faceted that the hotel urged with me for a taxi guy! The manger and the bell boy stranded outside telling me I have to pay the taxi when he is the one who made me switch seats and forget my bag and then for me to get it back they wanted me to pay him more than the fair I even drove there in! The police had to get involved and then took my side and made him give me back 30 tl their money when they wanted me to pay him another 150 for him just bringing my bag back aftwe I gave him 110 tl! The tv are all old and have no English speaking channels or you can’t connect to them!
There is no restaurants by this hotel so you are forced to eat at their expensive restaurant at the hotel!
They want to charge 200 tl for the caps that they make you wear in the pool?!?! And they are not at all helpful or clean when it comes up to getting more towels. It’s like I had to call them 5 times before they brought even one up and they had a bad attitude when they did! Also the bell boy is very unsafe and gave me the creep vibes
