Everything was great with this Hotel except that the cleaners stolen my phone charger and also tried to open bags. Unfortunately there was no active response from the hotel. Everyone should keep his belongings in the bags while they are outside their rooms and be careful from those cleaners because if they stole anything they will deny and the hotel will do nothing with it unfortunately.

Repeated stay at Centara. It’s conveniently located next to central world shopping mall. Super convenient for shopping freak like me. Room is generally clean. Though this trip, the cleaning wasn’t as thorough.

Excellent property located in a very central location. Right next to Central World mall and steps to the BTS station. Elevated walk ways connect you to other malls like Platinum mall. Room was large and spacious and very comfortable. The one thing that was an issue was the automatic sensor night light that would turn on in the middle of the night. This was fixed the next day. Pool was nice, perfect water temp! And the roof top bar and restaurant had a fabulous view of this bustling city. Final small thing was having to take an elevator from the lobby to the 23rd floor, and then another elevator to your room. The elevators were slow and always busy. But that’s just a small inconvenience. You will not be disappointed staying here!!

Good for family with kids ….lots of amenities ,shopping and food around the area. Hotel room was well maintained and clean , breakfast buffet was so so. Will be back

Connected to centralworld mall, very big mall with great shopping and dining options. Behind is platinum mall for clothes shopping.

Just at the last day, there was a leak on my aircon and it dropped all over my wife items. But overall beautiful property, service in the 51 floor, i have to thank you Fah, M and Pat for their wonderful welcome and service all the time. It was very pleasing and very thoughtful of them all the time. Food had good standards and what you would expect from a 4-5 star hotel.

Hotel connected to Centralworld mall, a big plus point. Check in 4 but 1 of the room not ready yet. But got a late check out for 1 of the room due to this. Only bumper was stay 3 nights, 2nd day my 2 room key cards did not work. Have to go down to reception to resolve the issue.

Housekeeping needs to improve, first night housekeeping service was not good. Found hair on the basin, hair dryer left on the basin too. Clothings left on the bed unattended. Clubs lounge food should change for different meal period, the same noodles n dim sum throughout the day.
