Our reservation was for an oceanfront luxury villa with 2 bedrooms - one with a king bed and another with 2 twin beds. Communication with the property prior to our arrival was great. Upon our arrival we are surprised to find that our Villa had a queen bed instead of 2 twin beds. The other two people staying with us were adults and not a couple and couldn’t share a bed. The manager insisted she had no knowledge we booked the villa with kind bed and 2 twin beds and we had to get whatever she had available. The manager said she cannot guarantee what the guests book. I informed her that the option of a bedroom with a king and queen bed wasn’t even offered at the booking site. We ended up in a very awkward situation and had no choice since the manager didn’t offer any other options to us. I contacted hotels.com who assured me that the manager had information on what was booked. On the next day and after a long time on the phone, another villa was offered which had the view of the wall of the condo next door, which was not acceptable. Overall, terrible communication from the manager and if she cannot guarantee what the guests book, I recommend you make a reservation with the hotel directly because they will even tell you the number of the villa you are booking so there’s no room for “confusion”. On a positive note, the villa was clean, beautiful and quiet. For that I give them 5 starts. Unfortunately poor communication which affected the comfort of our stay. Such a shame.

Lisa is simply a class act - she went above and beyond to make our 6 day stay so memorable- she is kind, transparent and available- our location had EVERYTHING- restaurants, views, grocery stores … she even provided a list of local places for every occasion. Lisa is simply the BEST

This stay couldn’t have been more perfect! The condo was immaculate and right on the water. Beautiful property with lots of amenities, but truly my favorite part was waking up and walking immediately onto the beach front. The condo was pristine upon arrival and throughout services and the hospitality was top notch. Would love to escape to this piece of paradise again! Couldn’t recommend enough.

The location is perfect, right on the best beach of Cayman. Lisa is wonderful and even helped organize flowers for Mother’s Day. The cleaning crew do a great job every day. It’s so fantastic we stayed here again on our second visit. Highly recommend.

This is excellent place to stay on 7 miles beach. Very nice location and house is just few steps away from the beach. Easy check-in and check-out process. Lisa is very responsive for any thing you need. I would stay again in future for sure.

Not too long after I made the booking, Lisa reached out to me to get detailed arrival information. She met us upon arrival with a bottle of wine and detailed information on our unit, the property, and the surrounding area. Unit 23 was very spacious and had pretty much everything we needed and more. There was a regular coffee pot and a Keurig with an extensive supply of dishes, glassware, cookware and serveware. There were plenty bath towels and beach towels and housekeeping was in every weekday to empty the trash. The only thing it didn’t have was laundry detergent which was no big deal as I always carry my preferred brand. I will definitely go back!
