Rembrandt residential suites and Rembrandt hotel are separate entities next to each other. The size of the suites are great for families, but the property has seen better days...and parts of the room is falling apart. It didn't bother our stay and we felt okay with it's pricing...our suite does not coming with washing machine, which was necessary for extended stay. One of the rooms had a shower which takes a long time to heat up...the location was very convenient...

This hotel charged me $110 per night for 2 nights, room was nothing like photos, it was small, old, and worthy of just 1 star. The staff were friendly but i would never stay there again.

Stating the residence there was brown water coming from the toilet above it I had to get up in the middle of the night. A complaint to the manager took photograph. She put me in a small new room was 1 million times better than the thing I was in if you want my honest opinion The staff are not trained properly. I went up to one of the staff at the counter he said to me yep I pulled back and went up to him and said please I’m a client. He didn’t know where to put his face. I would not stay there again. Appreciate what the manager done for me but it’s old And I was quite lucky that she upgraded me to one bedroom but I did want a room with the kitchen and facilities to cook I have photographs to prove it I would not stay there again.

The photos that are showed are no way a reflection of the room itself…room was clean, tidy and staff were excellent but the images against the actual were miles apart!

Great hotel. Great location. Very clean. Needs minor updating. My taxi had a bit of trouble finding hotel as the name on building did not match current name. Overall great hotel and would visit again

4 Sterne Hotel Rembrand Residenz as a part of the Rembrand Hotel. Seperate Building. Very old and no more up to date ....Furniture, Bathroom, Floor .....Top is the Service, Breakfast and Value for Money, coz the rooms are huge. A big plus is...this part of the Hotel close in April after Songkran to get renovated in a new Style....looking foreward to it...would like to stay there again but only coz of Location close to BTS Asok10/10 Service inkluding Housekeeping and Doorman 10/10 and Breakfast 10/10

Classic hotel/suites. Great pool options. Spacious room and great value based on location. If you need ultra modern then skip Rembrandt. If your ok with a slightly older hotel but with a great bed, great Air conditioner and great pool options go for Rembrandt.

Rembrandt hotel and Rembrandt suites are both good but the suites side is my main go to hotel when in Bangkok. Great pools. (Especially the pool on the suites side) Great Indian and Thai food offerings. The room space versus price makes this hotel a great value. Classic not modern. So if your into modern pick a more generic hotel.been staying here for 20 plus years.

Walking distance to both sky train and MRT metro line, everything you need nearby. The residence suite is spacious and staff friendly. This property is bit old, which is the main downside but price to quality ratio very ggod.

Great price/quality ratio. One bedrom suites were a great size. My only gripe, was that the kitchen did not have a stove top or burner to actually make use of the kitchen....This is a deal breaker for some for long stays...

Overall the hotel has run down quite a bit.
I heard that renovation is in progress in a staged manner, hopefully the hotel will have an improved ambiance after the upgrades.

Property condition is bad. Booking were confirmed for one bed room suite. Upon checking in, I received superior room and got upgraded to Deluxe room. Staff members tried to blame the system issues for the booking in fact one bed room was full. After a conversation with the manager of the property, I got one bed room suite but it was old amd not in a good condition. I don’t think I will go back to the property again as I do not enjoy their accommodation and hospitality.

We were early, so upon returning to check in we got upgrqded to a suite, and everything was incredibly fancy and plush - after 12 days in the region, we were travel-exhausted and this upgrade and the hotel location together made for a fantastic last night in BKK.
The staff during check out was not Thai I suspect, as their attitude was brusque bordering on rude, so we left a missing the usual Thai smiles and curtesy.
