Basic room, but clean and bed very comfortable. Friendly staff (even rang before we arrived to say room was ready and give further instructions for check-in). Would recommend for a one or two night stay.

We only booked the day before in order to attend a Scarborough Outdoor Theatre show. Rick was brilliant in letting us know our room would be ready early for us and how to go about parking etc. The room was great, really comfy bed, clean, well thought out and with nice touches to make our stay comfortable. Centrally placed between North and South Bay, easy to walk to both. Would highly recommend,especially if visiting for Theatre or the cricket.

Booked for the Paul Weller conceet at the open air arena. The arena was 10mins walk from hotel. Lovely friendly check in and room was lovely. Fab concert and fab night stay.

Made welcome straight away and made an suggestion to switch the intended room which I booked as the landlord seeing i was struggling with my knee. Room was clean as with facilities.

There was even an iron available in the stairway for guests to use Location was perfect as we were a 5 minute walk from the night life and pubs 10 minute walk from the Scarborough South front Will definitely be booking to stay here again! Was ideal for what I needed. Kids had their own room with TV, my bed was in the very large kitchen which wasn't a problem as had a TV and close to the kettle. The seperate lounge could have been better used for a bedroom and have the living area in the kitchen.

Excellent stay the hosts were very accommodating and kept checking we had everything we needed they couldn't do enough for us. Overall the room was clean and tidy, we enjoyed our stay. The location wasn't too far from anything. The parking situation was great as we didn't have to worry about paying like at some hotels or b and bs in the area. We was also given a parking badge that allowed use to park anywhere in Scarborough for up to two hours. Thank you for an amazing stay we definitely will be back 😀

A jewel in Scarborough crown! A lovely place to stay with a friendly, warm welcome. Our room was modern & bright & we were very thankful for the black out curtains. The stay was quiet & a fantastic location with a pub across the road & only a short walk to the theatre & amenities. We will stay there next time we are in the area.

Stayed here when we came to visit the open air theatre for a concert , fantastic location only a 5/10 min walk , landlord was very nice and friendly , hotel was lovely and clean , would highly recommend staying here , we will be back in the future

I received the warmest, kindest greeting when I arrived, and the sparkling clean room was comfortable and well-equipped. Compact, but had everything I needed and more. It was a warm day, and there was a fan already in the room for my use. Generous coffee and tea provisions. Property was easy to find, across the street from a small grocery, and walkable to many areas throughout Scarborough. Very glad I booked and wouldn't hesitate to stay again if I'm in the area for another short visit. Highly recommend!
