Great experience and valet was very nice for parking. Only complaint is after the lions game getting into the elevator was a nightmare. Had to wait for a while to get to our room but there was a lot of fans staying there. Overall great experience minus that.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay at Greektown Casino Hotel. Upon checking in, we were given a room that was already occupied. When we opened the door, we found dirty towels, clothes, and other people’s belongings scattered around—a shocking and unacceptable breach of privacy.
We immediately returned to the front desk, expecting an apology or some form of acknowledgment of the mistake. Instead, we were met with indifference and no apology whatsoever.
When we were finally given a new room, it was no better. The bed had hair on it, and the bathroom was dirty and clearly not cleaned properly. This level of neglect is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber.
Needless to say, we will not be staying here again. This experience was beyond disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend Greektown Casino Hotel to anyone looking for a clean or professional lodging experience.
Save yourself the frustration and book elsewhere.

Great location and very nice looking hotel that is updated. Neither my wife or myself found the bed to be comfortable and both had back pain each morning when waking up.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is perfect; we had an easy walk to Ford Field for a Lion's game.

Check in desk at 8pm took 45 minutes with 3 in line. Seemed like there was nobody working at any desks.

Hotel is nice. Room was small and was near the lights outside so had to keep the blinds closed. Room service was average (no microwave to warm up cold food). Would not stay again. Didn’t go to casino as it was very busy downtown.

Went downtown to catch a show at Fox Theatre. The rate was very competitive and an Uber or 15-20 minute walk away. The hotel exceeded expectations. Convenient valet services, the Hotel still looked new and the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable with an amazing view of the Detroit Skyline. Will be back again.

Room was cold no matter what heat setting. No vending machines anywhere such a long walk to get to casino, drinks or anything. Room was clean and had good view. Housekeeping slow to bring towels or anything requested

We ended up doing an imprompt stay over night because our grandson was in an emergency surgery for a severe head trauma. The hotel was one of the closest to the hospital and most affordable. We did enjoy the stay there and went down the street to grab some dinner. Most likely will be staying there again if we need to head up there again.

The bed was perfect, I wanted to purchase it after the great night of sleep we both got on it. Room was very nice. Cleanliness was 4/5. Would recommend!

My husband and I stay was very nice the hotel was nice and clean BUT the front desk employees need to go to an customer service class. The ladies on our floor doing housekeeping was more pleasant to us then the front desk employees. My husband called for extra towels I had to call the front desk back after an 1 1/2 the front desk employee acted as if I was bothering her and when we went to go check out the front desk person was annoyed with us also. For the price that you pay to stay at Greektown you should always be greeted with excellent customer service!

Our stay was wonderful. The staff members from the front desk to the room cleaners to the valets were professional, courteous and friendly. Our room was very clean. Highly recommend this hotel.
