Amazing stay, perfect location. Has 7-eleven across the road. 10min walk to BTS, MRT and Terminal21. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to these places!

Excellent location and facilities. Small suggestion to put more hooks in the bathroom for towels, and make it possible to see when you have (accidentally) turned on the 'do not disturb' or 'please clean my room' signal. Otherwise great stay.

Staff service was excellent. Location was great. Hygiene need to be improved. Checked in with room floor still has bunch of hair under writing desk. Bed linen presents little strands of hair and long hair under linen.

I liked the warmth of the staff at the reception and in the restaurant, especially in the morning during breakfast, everyone was very attentive. A nice hotel with a pool and gym on the 7th floor. Good public transportation nearby BTS and MTR.

The prperty maintenance is very good, always clean.

Overall excellent service... especially the front desk, and shuttle service drivers. Location is away from main so quiet. Not far from BTS or MRT. Will stay again.

Every staffs were great, especially the Concierge staffs. They provided great free shuttle service to the BTS station, and always polite and helpful.
But the bath tub is old and design not good, water will make the bathroom floor wet.
The water tap is also not suitable for the hand washing sink. It is too short and too close to the edge of hand washing sink.
