Everything was great until we went to take showers. The shower had no door and drained very slowly - not exactly the type of shower you would expect on a family vacation. Other than that, our stay was very nice and comfortable.

Hotel is under renovation. Our room’s bathroom shower had broken fixtures on top of it being a handicap room. Shower was mildewed pretty bad and leaked unless you closed off the tap with all your strength. I called the front desk and was offered a different room but not a suite or only queen beds.
I would pick a newer property if possible until they get this one fixed

The room was very nice overall. The price I thought was justified because they had an indoor waterpark. It turned out that the waterpark was not an included amenity but was an additional unexpected expense. The breakfast hours are kind of shortened compared to other hotels as well : ( 6:30a to 9a

There was a nice waterpark attached to the hotel and there was a different breakfast every morning. Very good restaurants close by, one block away from I-90

We did not receive that size of room for which we had paid extra for. Hotel management blames 3rd party sites that they don't see what we are shown and to take it up with Expedia. So we had to take less than what we paid for which is disappointing.

It DOES NOT! There is a water park connected to the hotel but it is an additional cost of $24/person/day! The hotel writeup is very misleading. Beware!

Upon arrival we found a pile of wet dirty towels hanging behind our bedroom door. The following morning we were unable to get any hot water for a shower. At best, it was room temperature when turned all the way up.
