located at middle of Korean town and the Japanese town is just 1 block away. Outside noise has been isolated in a good way for sleeping.
Reasonable price with wide interior space which make me feel relaxing.

Korea Quarter, Hotel was ok. Surroundings very bad with lots of beggars and kids. Near Robinson and ok restaurant, many hot pot restaurant.

I’ve stayed here numerous time and it’s always been great! They renovated the rooms a few years back, so they look amazing. The hotel is close to shopping, eating, and drinking venues.

Exactly as advertised. I have stayed in places that oversell and under deliver. This place was comfortable, friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was also a great bonus.

Newly renovated room. 5 minutes walk to Robinsons Malate. Internet is fast. Unfortunately non-smoking room smells cigarette. Staff offered to put ionizer but still has little but smell on it. Buffet rice breakfast not much viand such as corned beef, ham and eggs. Overall we had comfortable stay.

Good hotel, simple yet elegant. Breakfast is good. Staff are couteous. Check in and check out were smooth. Room is clean and comfortable. Bath towels need replacement though. Complimentary coffee/ choco drink/ tea for each rooms could have been nice.

Hotel is super friendly and quiet inside. Rooms are super clean and housekeeping service is superb. Staff are super nice and friendly. Food is excellent. Highly recommend this hotel for a super nice stay.

Very classy hotel. Good location. Staff is attentive including Pearl and Mia who delivered speedy check in and check outs. Seth is a concierge extraordinaire due to his exemplary training at Lyseum. Tight security. Close to Roxas boulevard and plenty of action. 20 minute drive from the airport. Good for single travelers and couples. Breakfast was excellent especially with Gerry serving me coffee and Nicole greeting us. A/C works well but takes 20 minutes or so to get going. Shower is nice with good pressure and hot water. This will be my new go-to spot when I come through Manila.

The location is good. Reception and cafe on ground floor was being renovated and is a little disturbing but acceptable as they are staff to help the check in on 2nd floor. On 11th June.
The room safety box was not functioning due to the batteries and this type of issue has to be checked by the room cleaning personnel to ensure all amenities provided are in working order.
Air-con in room 707 was dripping and nothing also was being done.

Good location. Hotel is being renovated. Stayed in a room/floor that was completed. Nice simple room. Reminds me of business hotel in Japan. Clean, good lighting and bathroom water has good pressure and gets hot fast and stays hot. Only issues were the hotel room safe had to keep resetting it after reopening and the hair dryer did not work but was replaced. You could smell strong odor of paint in lobby. If you are sensitive to strong chemical odors you may want to find another hotel until they're done.
