It is a very budget friendly hotel. It’s simple, with ample space in the rooms and very functional. It is clean, and the staff are great.

Nice and budget friendly it’s too much loud banging on the door when people going in and out there room. Aircon was making too much loud noise.

I love the staff. They are so professional, smart, and fun. I have stayed here so many times, even almost a month once. Everyday. My room is perfect... I spend money here at the Hop Inn because I like the people who work here, and how they run this hotel.

Staff is great, restaurant amazing, conveniently located however Matress it’s little tuff not comfy. But I didn’t even was long time in my room.

Very convenient when it terms to our purpose because its just walking distance. And all the staff were very accomodating

It was worth it for the price I paid. Close to the biometrics location if you are applying for a visa.

Had enjoyed our one night stay. Only a short walk to shopping centre. Will definitely come back this place.

Absolute garbage, fake hotel. Looks normal on the outside but has no hot water in the shower, the sink isn't connected to hot water underneath, there was 0 supplies available; no toothbrush, comb, coffee, not even handsoap in the bathroom.

Absolute garbage, fake hotel. Looks normal on the outside but has no hot water in the shower, the sink isn't connected to hot water underneath, there was 0 supplies available; no toothbrush, comb, coffee, not even handsoap in the bathroom.

Stayed for 7 nights. The room had problems. The TV didn't work, the toilet tank doesn't stop filling water (noisy) and toilet door was not closing. We have reported the problems but at first nothing was done about it. On the 3rd day the TV was fixed and the toilet door but the toilet tank was not. The maintenance guy just turned off the water supply to the toilet instead of fixing the problem. Toilet was fixed on the 4th day. The bed is only a piece of slippery board under the mattress hence the mattress kept sliding. On the 5th day the elevator stopped working and we had to use the stairs to get up to 15th floor. Last but not least 1 day the Aircon was out of service too and you can't open the windows for a little breeze. Room cleaning is done once every 3 days only 1 toilet roll provided. No amenities included in the room. Overall we should have stayed at Holliday Inn next door as originally planned. Hats off to cleaners that worked very hard.
