Staff are respectful, helpful & friendly. The staff at the Millie's Cafe needs some training; I have seen enough personnnel but they seem to neglect to refill glasses of water I had to flag them several times.

Stayed at Microtel 3 times in 2 weeks. The location is great, being right next to the Mall of Asia. There are dining options galore around Microtel. The room attendant, front desk people & the bellhops are all nice & friendly. The property's age is showing. The AC works quite well. Though our room was next to the street, it wasn't that noisy & I couldn't hear the conversation of the people next door though I'm a very light sleeper. Room service took 45-60 minutes to deliver our pizza order at midnight. Millie's however, was a different story. It took them 30 min. to deliver our brewed coffee though only 2 tables were occupied. It took 45 minutes for our omelets to be served. The servers have the efficiency of freshman restaurant & hotel management students. The hotel is nicely located but the service at Millie's ought to be improved.

Vehicular noise can keep one up because it's right next to a busy street. There's a restaurant on first floor called Millie's which is a good restaurant as long as one is not in a hurry. The bellhop named Jing is very helpful & the room attendant named Kristan of Isabella is a hard worker & keeps the rooms clean. I'd stay here again for the conveniece of being close to restaurants in & near MOA. The hotel is close to the airport- around a 20 minute drive. For the price & convenience, I'd stay here again. It also has 3 large trash cans, uncommon in many hotel rooms.

Amazing location. 5mins walk to MOA and walkable to many varieties of restaurants. Staff were tremendous! From check-in to check-out, their hospitality was amazingly friendly. The room was spacious having 1 queen bed and a comfy couch. Quiet and comfortable stay. I would definitely come back as I had an amazing stay.

Nice proximity to MOA

Room is so tight and overpriced.they charge me overpriced for early check in.

Microtel is right next to Manila Bay and the Mall of Asia.

The hotel was nice. We had a nice stay. I thought the staff was outstanding especially Sweden at the front desk.

Close to MOA (shopping & dining options galore!). Staff were very professional & accommodating.

Very close to restaurants and Mall. The area where the table is , just needs more lighting. But overall, it was a wonderful stay !!! And it’s wheelchair accessible. !
