This was the best hotel we stayed in Vietnam for our 2-week trip. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable bed. We booked the sea view, which was very nice. The hotel let us checked in early without additional cost. Breakfast was phenomenal with different dishes every morning. FREE shuttle bus to and from hotel, which I wasn’t aware until checked out. So we took the hotel free shuttle bus to the airport. Overall, we are extremely happy with our stay at AVS. Will definitely return to this hotel for our next visit.

Nice, clean, excellent breakfast offerings, and few minute walk to the beach. It would be our hotel again if we are back to VN/Phu Quoc.

AVS staff and hotel were wonderful. Very clean and staff very helpful.The pool was lovely and easy walk to the beach. The only thing that was lacking was the pool bar was not open and it would be good if you could order lunch around the pool.

We stayed here for 2 nights and this place has fantastic service! We rented motorbikes from them and upon landing back in Ho Chi Minh realized we had forgotten my fiancés expensive sunglasses in the motorbike side pocket. We contacted the hotel and they went and found them, still in the motorbike. We were leaving back to the US early he next day so we only had that day to get them. The hotel helped us ship them to our hotel in Ho Chi Minh that same day. We called them in the morning and by late afternoon we had them back. They were also packed exceptionally well. We are so thankful for their continual communication and in helping us! Besides the service, the rooms were comfortable, spacious and modern. The breakfast was very robust and tasty. The location is right in town and very close to the airport, making it easy to try different restaurants for dinner. We also booked a car transfer to and from the airport via the hotel and it was great. The beach is also a two min walk away and is very calm and clean. I would also highly recommend going to see the sunset from the rooftop bar and pool. We are very happy we booked this hotel!

The hotel is right next to the beach. There is a great view of the island from the pool area. It’s a great place to watch the sunset. It also has a good breakfast buffet.

I got a great deal on this hotel as it had only been open for one month. It’s in a great location, just a 5 minute walk to the beach and about a 20 minute walk to the main town. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby too. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough during my 2 night stay. The facilities, pool on the rooftop, and breakfast were all great. Everything at the AVS resort has been amazing.... the room, service, food, location, pool and airport pick up. Minutes to the beach... As it is so new, its like we have it to ourselves but it's so close to restaurants and bars not missing out on the social aspects of travelling and meeting new people. Very accommodating... had a scooter within minutes of checking in.

A new hotel, facilities were excellent. The only drawback is that the surrounding area has not been cleared of trash & construction fabrics.

We took a week of travel to Phu Quoc during Tet. Staying at AVS hotel was better than what we expected. The hotel only opened for 10 days. However, The quality of the hotel and staffs service were exceptional, we paid for 4* and received 5* service. its also located in perfect location near the beach beside other resorts, easy to walk on the main road for foods and shopping. The swimming pool on the roof top was excellent. We tried to extend our stay for another day however it was fully booked during the Luna New Year. Unfortunately! We have to moved to another hotel. Last but not least. All guest checked out during Tet received a nice gift from the hotel which was amazing . Thanks AVS for a nice stay. We definitely will see you again.
