We had a great stay, super friendly staff, Wil, Heath and John at reception.
Comfy bed, we had a high floor with great views. Highlight is level 25 bar and restaurant. Great place for happy hour drinks and hard to beat views with a great breakfast selection. Definitely would return

balcony king bed room was amazing. Cool hotel, not pretentious. Staff are lovely. Would highly recommend

It was lovely. We had to change rooms due to our balcony room smelling like cigarettes. The staff at the front desk were so helpful and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and room very clean. I wasn’t a fan of the buffet breakfast.

2nd time staying. Had to request another room as it was despit a corner room was right above the train bridge. Moved to another part of hotel which was quiet.

Great hotel, good location, but be aware, there is no outdoor seating area as shown in the photos. That area is for conference attendees only. The parking is 20 minutes walk away unless you want to pay $60 for valet parking.

The moment we walked in our jaws dropped. I was in town with my two young daughter's and we were greeted with a smile. The pool was perfect and the room was amazing.

One night stay so it was Ok. Check-in was so slow, plenty of staff but only one bothering to serve customers. Room was clean, but really just another standard hotel room, certainly nothing startling. Bed was comfortable. Probably wouldn't return as way better options for a similar pricing.

Not the Hyatt experience I have known elsewhere. Room just smelt weird. That end of flinders street not great.staff were great.

The property overall was decent. Absolutely disappointed with their services though. The casting on TVs wasnt working for the whole stay so we didnt use the TV. Had issues with the aircon for half the stay. No communication between front desk staff and staff that we communicated with via email to get some things set up

Front desk staff could recognize us although it was only a brief encounter. When we returned to the hotel for check in, they were able to bring our luggage to us. Called front desk to inform regarding a discrepancy with room type and they were prompt and swift in rectifying the issue and provided a change of room.
