Hotel is very nice, clean, modern, friendly staff, great continental breakfast, quiet. Only downfall was the beds were very firm, to the point where I had a very sore neck, the stay was about two weeks ago and i’m still sore. Other than that, perfect hotel!!!

Enjoyed the convenience that the location offered.
We had some problems with the heating in our room and we called the front desk to report it, maintenance was quick to come to deal with it.I’d definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again.

The property is very nice and clean but the staff upon check in was very rude. I have stayed in other Canaltas and have never had someone treat me as awful as the staff member did upon my arrival yesterday. After chatting with other family members as we were all in town for the same event, I learned that this particular staff member was quite rude to them as well. We paid a ridiculous amount of money for our one night stay and on top of the room rate another $50 was expected for an hour earlier check in. I will not be staying here again. Very disappointing as I travel for work and have never had an experience like this at the other Canalta locations

Wonderful accessible room and bathroom. They thought of everything!
Love that they are pet friendly. I had a room on the main floor that was pet friendly and accessible with a door to the outside at one end of the room which made it easy to load and unload and to take the dog out to do his business.
What would make it even better would be an actual designated area near the building with grass or astroturf for pets to do their business. There are only rocks (that one could break an ankle on) at the sides of the building or a grass area quite far out toward the road with more rocks to step over that one could break an ankle on to get to the grass and it is too far out from the building to venture there at night for safety reasons.

It is clean and very nice to stay with family and friends. You can relax after a long day of work or from a long drive. Highly recommended!

Finding a room with 3 Queen beds is the best. The room is nice and big and the staff is friendly.
The chairs/benches could use a steam clean because unfortunately someone stained them.

This is a very nice place to stay. Everything about this place is top shelf. I would most definitely recommend Canalta Humboldt to anyone looking to get a good night’s rest.
