The pull out bed is extremely not comfortable, only have springs not mattresses. The EV charger is not working. Please fix the problems.

Great stay!

This was a great place to stay. It was easy to get to and the included breakfast was delicious. Breakfast staff was very attentive and concerned we had what we needed. I would stay here again.

The common areas and our room felt like brand-new, like no one had every used them before. Housekeeping is on the ball! I liked that you offer complimentary EV charging...however the charger didn't work. Luckily I was driving a hybrid and could use the gas engine. Loved looking out our room window and seeing the Sangre de Christo mountains!

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast attendant kept up with the demand very well.

About as close to the Sand Dunes as you can get but conveniently located near lots of chain stores and local restaurants. Our room was nice, breakfast options were great, and friendly staff.

Nice hotel with good breakfast, comfortable bed and friendly staff!! My only complaint was our bathroom was not very clean—there was a prescription pill on the floor, dark hair in bathtub and floor, soap scum in soap tray in tub, and toilet wasn’t very clean. We were almost completely unpacked before we noticed the bathroom so I just cleaned the bathroom myself and mentioned it to the front staff the next morning. They were very supportive in the situation and had wished we would had told them the night before so they could have moved us to a new room but I explained we were already unpacked and after a 10 hour drive, we were just too tired to pack up again, move our stuff and unpack again. I use to clean houses in college so I can clean fast and just cleaned it myself with the body soap and bleach wipes that I travel with. Overall, I would stay at this hotel again and recommend it to others.

The Hampden Inn will always be our go to place whenever we go to Alamosa. We wish all hotel rooms were configured that way, spacious & comfortable. It worked out well for a family of 4. 2 queens and one pullout with a credenza separating the beds providing more privacy for all. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great.

Furniture was dusty and window was smudged so bad that you couldn’t see outside. The whole room didn’t feel very clean.

Very spacious, clean room. Kind front desk staff. Great complimentary breakfast. Convenient access to town. This was a perfect and relaxing place to stay after a day at the sand dunes. We loved our stay here!

A clean hotel with comfortable beds perfect for an overnight stay. The staff were polite and friendly. There was a wide variety of breakfast options available. The hotel was located at the end of the city (traveling from Great Sand Dunes), making it quiet and peaceful. Although it had an EV charging station, it didn't work, which was a little disappointing.
