This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful setting with some very attentive members of staff who try their best to provide a great experience for their guests.
The massage and spa facilities are excellent.
The inclusive breakfast is excellent in both quality and the range of food offered
Unfortunately I got a feeling of what the Americans call being 'Nickel and Dimed' For instance, after travelling for 24 hours to reach this hotel and arriving at midday the reception staff informed me that I would have to pay an early check in charge if I wanted to go to a room as I had arrived before the 15.00 hrs check in time! I would also not be allowed to use the swimming pool/spa facilities before the appointed 15.00 hrs check in time.
On check out day a special tag is now given to those leaving the hotel as you will be asked to leave the swimming pool/spa facilities after midday!
Come on Swissotel are you a five star luxury hotel or are you a spa resort? Your customers need to know!

Check-in was 4 hours late and no additional services were provided. Facilities are good but the worst check-in service was provided which ruined my mood from the start.

Although new hotel it's not conveniently located. The spa is not really relaxing as water in pool and jacuzzi is warm close to cold in winter. But what was worse is the terrible customer service and attitude most of the personal has. They dont smile, everything you ask for is a problem and they cant even try to solve. Few people were helpful like the bell boys. Also they speak poor english but hardly understand it, other hotels in the city even speak in spanish to me... not here. Also i was wearing a speedo to swim and they said it was offensive while there were more people wearing similar speedos. Food wasnt great euther and theres nowhere else close to eat. Not a very fulfilling experience overall.

For 340€ a night for a deluxe room, i expected a lot more. Most of the employees don't speak english. The minibar in our room was even locked.
