Incredible stay - thank you Hilton team . From the warm welcome by Asuka at reception to the spacious beautiful clean room I can’t fault the service or the facilities- luxurious . The staff go above and beyond to ensure you have a perfect stay , texting you to ensure everything is as you want - amazing service. The bed is so comfortable I am going to buy one from Hilton at home . I will be back to celebrate my birthday .

We got stuck in the elevators multiple times, staff couldn't have cared less. We also got charged twice for the parking after following the staffs instructions. Parking out front to check in is horrible. Room was okay but on par with other cheaper hotels.

Nice place , very clean , quiete , ..
However, the kettle doesn’t fit under the tap in the bathroom, you need to use the shower head , for this price I would have expected slippers, and the mini bar doesn’t get re stocked , but apart from that I would come back again “-)

Friendly staff. Easy access to parking. Very clean hotel, beautiful view from the room I stayed in. Will definitely stay again on my next trip to Surfers Paradise.

Everything is above standard from the minute you arrive until it's time to leave.
If you want to relax & enjoy yourself which is essentially what your holiday is for, then place yourself in the hands of these people, you will not be disappointed. Great work Hilton staff at all levels from Concierge, cleaning, reception, food & beverage & all the behind the scenes management, you all score 10 out of 10 with me. Thanks for a relaxing stay.

I had to line up to check in which took some time waiting for other customers to ask many stupid questions
There should be a online check in like other places do
Awesome view and position in Surfers, right in the middle of everything
I was lead to believe that I would have a spa or jetted bath in my room
This was a really big let down for me
Room was clean and beautiful looking
There is no price list for the mini bar, I looked very hard for one, that's just not right considering how mini bars are notoriously overpriced

We booked a 3 bedroom apartment for a family getaway for 3 nights and we were so impressed with the room that we got. We loved the ocean view and the look out to the shops. We could literally see everything. Everything was so close by including the beach too. It would have been better if they could do room service clean up everyday which they don't so we had to take the rubbish out ourselves and towels were needed to change as well. Hopefully something to think about it in the near future as the apartment were not cheap too.

Had booking month in advance but even though I spoke to staff three times prior to check in was not informed of airshow and road blockages that would stop us getting access to the hotel unless we walked without baggage crowd and distance Until five in the afternoon after getting there at two which ruined partner‘s birthday and management offered her a cocktail Compensation also Rager come to parking. There was lots of confusion. Many people were in the same boat and management pretty much said we couldn’t follow basic instructions. Very rude. Will not be staying again.
