Upon arrival the receptionist was not fluent in English but he was helpful There was an additional fee of 130 pesos for maintenance , that we paid upon arrival and that was not included nor mentioned in the booking bill. Otherwise our stay was very good. The location is excellent and close to the beach and touristic attractions

i stayed at this hotel in Feb of 2024 for 3 nights after a long day of travel i went to sleep only to be awoken at midnight by an employee at my door. the employee was unable to communicate in English what they wanted. they next morning inquired at the front desk politely what he wanted. An extremely rude employees first response was ‘ it wasn’t a problem’. Then he tells me to calm down & relax for simply asking what they wanted. Totally disrespectful way to treat a guest. I still have no idea why the hotel was so intent on speaking with me at midnight and why it couldn’t wait until the morning. Ive stayed in dozens of hotels in the area , never been spoken to so rudely for asking a question.

Great location. Clean and affordable budget hotel. Great Italian restaurant in same location plus an excellent sports bar run by Canadians. Go Hab Fans. Close to beach, bars, grocery store and bus station.

The Room is very clean

The bathroom has no window, just a hole, and this hole is in the corridor. People passing by the corridor can easily see you taking the shower, so there is no privacy. The door has no lock or latch. Once you enter the room, someone from outside can enter your room by twisting the door handle. It is very unsafe. There are bars all around. Not only is there noise, but the whole house is vibrating, which will last until 4am. I can't sleep even if I wear earplugs because the walls, floor, and bed are all vibrating. Dogs start barking around 7am, which means you only have three hours of complete sleep. The Wi-Fi was very slow, it was difficult to open web pages, and there was no signal at all starting around 8pm. There is no hot water and the bathroom shower only has cold water. The two advantages that can be thought of are that this hotel is air-conditioned and is close to Playa del Carmen, which takes about 12 minutes to walk. This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in during my trip to Mexico, and it even made Cancun the most disappointing city for me during this trip. This hotel is soul-crushing and non-cancellable and refundable, please think carefully before booking.

Beds were very comfortable, a/c worked very well. Only tip for this property would be to spend a little time and money on the bedding and towels. They need some attention. Not very white and some stains on towels. Gave the appearance of not being clean when they really were.
