A bit awkward with handicapped parking (only 3 assigned spaces for this facility).

The view from room was horrible, but we did not stay in the room except to sleep, very comfortable room.
Great service, great location and good breakfast. Hot water tasted like coffee, probably in container that was previously used for coffee and made it unusable. Some of us can’t tolerate the flavor of coffee. But the thought of a tea and coffee station was nice.

My first room stunk of cigarette smoke but they were fortunately quick tonswitch us to another room. That one was very clean and quiet. The beds were so comfortable!
The staff were so friendly but there were long wait times since they were understaffed.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay there again.

The Inn was clean and staff very nice. All the downtown attractions were walkable, so a convenient place to stay while exploring the Old Port. The one downside was our room seemed to be on the older side with some paint chipping on the wall and the nightstand drawer being closed with masking tape.

Great spot for walking around the Old Port, with lots of great restaurants and shopping. Also convenient to take a boat tour as it's right across the street from the ferry terminal.

This was our first time in Maine and we will be back! Our stay here was a huge part of that decision. It was centrally located near some of the best restaurants we’ve had and the best views we could experience. Most everything was in walking distance and if we needed to leave, valet parking was quick and easy. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was top tier! The front attendants were able to recommend some activities around the area for us as well. To top off our trip, the free breakfast sent us off with a full belly at no extra cost. We will surely be back!
