Room was very small no place to keep our bags, swimming pool looks like jacozi, super small, on the beach we asked for a towel , they said we have to buy them from hotel, also they clean the room every day but they never changed the shower towels for 5 nights, no elevator so to get your bags up little hard , not recommended for the old people, i caled them to get ice to the room they said not possible, also i asked them for a wine opener they said not possible, i need to take the bottle to the restaurant bar to open it for me, hotel beach full of big stones not good for swimming, the weather was very hot they refused to give us another electric key to keep the AC on while we are out side, the air conditioner split very small only one ton. الفندق لا يصلح أبدا وقديم جدا

Unfortunately we had a very bad experience at this hotel. We were very excited after reading reviews and looking that the pictures. In reality, it is a very old building and unfortunately not well-kept. The room we were staying, had a very strong sewage like odour coming from the bathroom. When we told reception about it, they said we will have to wait until the morning. We could not sleep the whole night because of smell. When we went back the next morning, they said that they will send someone to check it out. They sent someone to put a strong fragrance down the drain, which caused the entire room to smell like fumes and then the smell came back. We complained about it again they said it’s too late and we have to stay another night. They said they will send someone to check the room again however that person said the room did not smell at all. After back-and-forth conversations with the reception, they finally moved to a new room with a TV that did not work. While, the pictures look beautiful and the restaurant is on the sea, The buildings are in very rough condition and the rooms have a very bad smell. I do not recommend this hotel.

Sardar front desk was very nice and helpful. I was very disappointed with the restaurant staff very rude. Breakfast was included in the room rate, but didn’t NOT all the food was covered with flies. Our room was very great big size with amazing view. The bathroom needs updating.

I chose 1 queen bed, but in reality it were 2 single beds stand together and didnt even fix somehow. So they split all the time. Not a best option if you have date night in such room. Was very noisy from the street. Breakfast is quite poor. No parking places. We spend an hour to find a place to park as there was a national holiday and all streets were overcrowded

We stayed 2 nights there 2nd day afternoon they cleaned the room but didn’t changed the towels you have to call them for everything that they had to do First floor was bad smell, we couldn’t use the shower, shower valve was not functioning anyway I never go to this place again. Only ocean view was good

Great hotel. A few things to improve inside the room but good overall. Fantastic restaurant on the bottom of the hotel, right on the beach. Great food and service

This hotel is deceiving with their pictures that they have posted on the website. There are two separate buildings which they do not make clear. One is at the beach front the other is across the road. We thought we were staying at the beach front one until arriving and were were shocked when we got to our room in a completely different old building that has been poorly renovated, wonky plastering in the rooms (we changed room after the first night because it looked and felt like a dungeon) second room was slightly better but again was just poorly done. Whoever done the paint job I’m assuming done it for free as half the walls and fixtures have paint slapped all over them including the light switches etc. Rooms should be cleaned daily and although the cleaners do come they just about mop the floor. There was dust so thick on the beside table when we arrived and stayed that way throughout our stay. Some days cleaners would change towels, toilet paper other days they would forget and you’d have to go down to reception and chase it up. Careful when booking!

The room and building is different than the photos. Annex building is somewhere across the street. Literally an apart hotel that dont worth the price. Towels bathroom was not clean at all. Reception is unprefossional. It was a total regret

World class bar and restaurant, the food and service was excellent. Parking is a chore as they don't have any, so be careful where you leave the car as it can end up expensive. Fantastic location, will be returning

Probably one of the best options in Alanya with its private beach and decent service. The beach restaurant/bar is a popular spot, not only for hotel guests but also for locals. The staff is accommodating enough.
