The staff were wonderful, hotel was very welcoming and had a relaxing atmosphere. We didnt eat in the restaurant, bar or have breakfast so cannot comment on those. The staff were very thoughtful and arranged a birthday plate for our arrival for my daughters birthday. The only downside was the cleanliness of the room. Unfortunately the room had not been cleaned (bits of rubbish, crumbs and clumps of hair on the floor) and a dirty bed sheet. Although the staff kindly came to remedy the issues and were apologetic, it did make our stay a lot less relaxing and we couldn't just jump into bed for a rest as we wanted after travelling from 4am. We did arrive a lot earlier than check in and although said that there was no hurry for our room we were given access earlier than expected. Perhaps the reason for the cleaning issues!

Beds and pillows were so comfortable. We even had a bar fridge and fresh milk supplied. Location was brilliant. We couldn't be happier and wished we could have stayed there longer. Excellent value for money, the only place to stay when in Coventry.

Poor menu in all honesty. Not the cheapest food either. If your dietary requirements need plant based option you best stay elsewhere.
