The staff needs a LOT of training. The rooms were clean but the cafe and bar staff were severely untrained.

It is a nice property, well located, with parking. The only thing that is terrible is the bathroom where you have nowhere to put a single thing. Not practical at all. We had to put a table inside to be able to put a towel and toiletries

Beautiful place close to el centro .

We enjoyed our short stay at this hotel and its amenities. Some of the cons was that our room was next to their laundry room and we would hear the washing machines and dryers throughout the day. Also, the shower would leak unto the bathroom floor and placing a towel on the floor would just keep the whole floor wet. The bathroom didn't have ventilation so it would smell damp soon after a shower. The pros were that the restaurant had good food and the staff from the front doormen, cleaners, front desk, and driver were courteous and professional.

Not so cool: If you want parking, it's available but tough to get in and out of. 3 floors underground and no lift, so be prepared to hike your luggage up a narrow flight of stairs. The pool is functional but very small and needs maintenance.

Nice and clean hotel. Within 15 minutes walking distance to Zocalo. Safe area, with restaurants and coffee shops near by.

Staff was nice but it took us hours to get some tooth paste. We also only got one towel for two people after room service. All good just ask for more if needed… the entertainment on the weekends was superb… I would stay here again.

The setting was incredible. In a very special area. If you want to experience a true Oaxacan life, this is the place to stay.

We loved staying in this wonderful neighborhood & even more at such a beautiful, unique hotel. Our experience was excellent! The staff is great we loved bonding with them especially Alejandro and Ivón, they were so awesome! We didn’t want to leave and we are surely coming back. We walked mostly everywhere and it was an experience of its own with all the street art and all the unique shops and cafes everywhere! There is something to do at literally every corner in this neighborhood! Definitely recommend 10/10!!

It is a lovely quiet property! Super nice reception service. Our A/C was not cooling very well. Went to talk to the recepcion desk and they sent the technician right away. He fixed it and everything worked properly

Good location for exploring central Oaxaca. Walking 15 minutes to several excellent restaurants and shops. Lots of good options closer by. Comfortable but small room.
