Overall it was a good stay. Read some bad reviews but didn’t have any issues. The only thing I didn’t like were the firm mattress. The pillows were also small. Would definitely bring my own next time but overall it was a great stay. It’s a nice motel and friendly employees would stay here again.

We had a great room that was large. King size bed, fireplace and jacuzzi tub. View was beautiful and the bathroom was also large. We had a great time and looked forward to coming to our room after our adventures in Pigeon Forge. The outside fireplace and indoor pool were an added extra.

We always enjoy our stay we have stayed at this hotel 3 times in last 4 years always clean and comfortable staff is always helpful and polite

Everything was good about our stay except one major problem. Housekeeping must not have rinsed out the cleaning product from the tub. My husband stepped in the tub, slipped and fell out. Luckily he just ended up with a few bruises but this could’ve ended very badly. A guest could get critically injured! I tried to tell the front desk about the issue but they all seemed too busy to speak to me. I am not one to ever complain but this needed to be addressed for the future.

This is a great getaway location for Pigeon Forge. Off the beaten path of the main strip and very easy to get in and out of.

This was a very nice place, but we encountered problems from early on——no shampoo, no shower water, needed the maintenance man for the toilet, and the hair dryer was a bit of a problem for the wife.

Great location, comfortable, nice staff… only thing we thought could use slight improvement could be the breakfast. ( although could be parents letting kids do whatever they want issue at self serve too)

This hotel was perfect for our visit to Pigeon Forge.
Rooms were clean, beds were comfy and breakfast was good. It is in a good location just off the busy main road. Plenty of parking.

They the hotel messed up my reservation but they found there mistake and corrected my bill after I called Expedia and talking to a manager

This is a must-stay hotel! Always clean. Pools are always clean, in working order, and great for all ages. The staff are phenomenal. Breakfast offers all breakfast foods - fruit, yogurt, cereal, waffles, omelets, bacon/sausage/chicken. The BEST hotel!

Hotel was awesome in accommodating our 2 fur babies. Breakfast was a mad house but it was ok. Hotel was clean, staff were super friendly. Area right outside the door was designated smoking which was gross to walk through if you need to walk your pup or go out to your vehicle. All in all we would probably stay there again.
