The service was absolutely impeccable. I had hurt my foot pretty badly the night before my trip I was able to get ice to ice. It was able to get a wheelchair. The staff was very welcoming, and the hotel is in a very accessible part of Bangkok central to everything. It sits above a mall and it has its own food court.
We did get head neck and shoulder massages at the spa, which was fantastic

I have stayed here many times. The rooms are clean and comfy, locality of this hotel is great. Reception staff Supreme, Tin Tin and Wit have given excellent customer service during my stay here, they were always very warm and helpful with all of our needs during my stay here. Will be back to stay here again soon.

Room is nice and big, room facilities is in good condition, massage in lobby cost 300 baht. Staff is nice and many local fashion centre nearby. Walking distance 10 mins to Central World.

I stayed for 3 nights in their suite room with two young kids and we really enjoyed it. Staff service was excellent and the massage was really good value for the quality they offered. They can also do it in our room with 100baht surcharge which is really worth it if you need to watch your kids. Breakfast has a decent selection and prompt service although we only have it for one day because we have to leave early on most days. One thing to improve is probably the sofa cleanliness as dirt got stuck on their crevices but the rest of the facilities are very clean and in good condition.

Thumbs up for their staff service! The hotel is clean and well maintained! Location is very convenient and accessible to nearby popular malls. It’s easy to get a cab/grab as it’s along the main road.

Definitely great for like budget shopping in the area. For food wise, decent street food around. If you want restaurant then you have to walk further down to the mall areas. Decent hotel but starting to show a bit of age especially in the showers. Service is generally good but I think can improve especially at the restaurant area. Breakfast was good for a hotel of this size.

Aircon was very cold despite switching the temperature to 28 degree and low fan. Staff was prompt to provide harder pillow upon request. There are complimentary drinks on lobby floor which was great

Shopping malls are all within 30min walk include bts skytrain. Big C supermarket, central world shopping mall, are just around the corner. Platinum shopping mall is just across the road.
There is a self service 24/7 laundry place just 5min down the road.

Have stay multiple times in this hotel.Like the friendliness of the staff and this hotel is near platinum shopping mall n there are many dining options around. The massage at level 6 is clean n worth the price.

5) Siam massage located at level 6 of the hotel building is great. It is conveniently located within the hotel building.
6) Hotel is located opposite the platinum fashion mall. Girls would be happy.
7) If you know how to navigate to the Rachaprasong Walk via the platinum fashion mall, it is actually conveniently walkable to Central World, Big C, Siam Paragon, MBK and the BTS stations.
8) Always our choice hotel whenever we return to Bangkok.
