Like the location of the hotel. The staff and service were great.

This hotel had a real buzz to it. They’ve got a kiosk for snacks and souvenirs, often have live music in the lobby area, and also have plenty of seating and a station to charge your phone. The staff were lovely and the room was perfect for me as a solo traveller. The downsides of the room were that firstly, it faces a courtyard of other rooms so there was little to no natural light, and it was very easy to see into other people’s rooms which made me not want to open the blind at all. Secondly, my room was opposite an electrical room which meant there was a constant loud hum. The walls are pretty thin and though the hotel has quiet hours on the guest floors (between 10pm and 7am I think?) no one seems to respect that, so I would often be woken by loud conversations in the corridor or a baby crying in the room opposite. I personally found breakfast to be a chaotic experience regardless of what time I went - there aren’t enough seats for the amount of guests and the selection of hot food is very limited. Eventually I decided it wasn’t worth the hassle and got breakfast elsewhere. The location is perfect, I walked pretty much everywhere with ease and was also close to the subway (Penn Station) so very easy to get around. All in all a good hotel; the minor inconveniences didn’t heavily impact my stay. If you want somewhere quiet then this isn’t the place for you, but as a solo traveller it can be advantageous to be somewhere busy like this place.

Easily the best stay I’ve had while visiting New York! I will be booking again next time I come to town!

The staff were great, lovely clean hotel, out on the street was dirty but no fault of this hotel it was the buildings surrounding it and a few homeless people outside these places. Would definitely stay here again

Great location on a quieter street in Manhattan. Service was exceptional. Breakfast was very good, and staff handled the crowds with great efficiency.

Everything was good except the late check in. Other than that everything was good.

the beds were very low to the ground and it made our back and body hurt. the mattresses also were unsupportive. the narrow hallways made it difficult to navigate. the price of the stay did not match the experience. the lobby stayed very crowded and very loud. the hotel shop is grossly overpriced.

The hotel was new, very clean, staff was very friendly. Really it was close to many attractions. We walked to many. Would highly recommend the hotel. The immediate area around the hotel had too much garbage but despite that I would stay there again.

Washroom and shower is bigger than any other hotels I’ve been in NYC. Staff are accommodating. Breakfast is alright. Facility is quiet clean and safe.

Our stay was decent enough for me and my friends. The only nitpick i have is that theres no ice dispensor. However im not sure if its floor specific or not and i never checked the lobby for one either. Either way it was fine for what its worth.

Great hotel! Breakfast was great and staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel for future NY Manhattan trips.

I had a great stay at this hotel. It’s conveniently located near Midtown, with easy access to transportation. The breakfast was a nice bonus, offering a variety of options. The hotel also provided additional services like tickets and an airport shuttle at a reasonable cost. The rooms were small but comfortable. Overall, a pleasant experience!

The staff are amazing and very friendly. Breakfast menu offered lots of variety, though a bit chaotic due to the large number of hotels guests from a sister hotel coming through. The area is convenient and very central, though dirty and lots of homelessness and drug addicts.

This hotel suited us well. The only criticism is the breakfast "mayhem" as there is a lack of tables available. This leads to musical chairs as you seem rushed to consume and then depart .

Small rooms but good price for being right in midtown

Handy to Penn Station so coming and going with luggage was easy as was getting to the subway. Elevators were surprisingly quick for such a busy place. Smooth check-in and check-out.
