Friendly available staff, love staying somewhere we could be up late with tons to do. Beds were comfortable, clean spacious rooms, big shower. Unfortunately the small pool was ice cold and the hot tub although pretty hot had no working jets whatsoever. Would have liked to go daily to unwind and relax and instead went once for less than an hour.

Great staff! Housekeeping missed something in the room from previous folks. Staff handled it professionally and with sincerity. Beds- hard, I would of expected a luxury bed All in all, a great stay and would definitely recommend!

Check in was long and unpleasant. She complained about Tacoma to the point that I was uncomfortable. Other people were checked in and off to their rooms well before us. We were late for our dinner reservations. She needs training and hug.

I still struggle with the smoke oder inside and close to the casino.

First stay at EQC for a very, very good concert. The events center is big (1800 people) and we saw 2 big name bands that were superb. Acoustics were good, comfort average. The hotel was new, clean, very comfortable. The strange thing is the casino is small, much smaller than Tulalip, and they only have 2 real restaurants (Tulalip has 5), and because of the concert neither accepted any walk-up dining at any time after 5 PM. Whenever there is an event at the events center you must book dining days in advance, maybe weeks, or else you must plan on dining before 5 PM or getting a deli sandwich at their deli or the minimal things they have at the 3rd and only other dining option, which was a cafeteria with not very good sounding food. If you are going to the casino, it is way smaller than you would think. For dining or casino go to Tulalip, it is way, way better.

The Emerald Queen is very nice and clean. Restaurant ok. Person at front desk wasn't that friendly. Price very high compared to Swinomish Hotel and Casino

Great facility with tasteful decor. Desk in the room was too high for the chairs. Showers need grab bars for safety.

The property was clean and comfortable in the rooms. You have to walk through alot of casino to get to the restaurants. The food was good. The location was central for us for the one night we needed it. The hotel parking garage was difficult to find and a long walk for a disabled friend to get to her room.

Convenient to Tacoma Dome venue. Clean.

Rooms were nice, however, the bathroom door was the sliding kind and would get stuck. It was hard to open back up. Other than that, rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice gym, decent options for working out. It is a walkable distance to Tacoma Dome. Only took around 25 minutes.

Check in not available until 4pm is late for many reasons. Many guests were checking in for a concert that evening. It would have been nicer to have an earlier check to ensure we were not rushed in prep for the evening events. We were unfortunately not able to enjoy any of the property amenities bc we were already rushed for the evening. But the rooms were clean & very nice. Bed was comfy. The staff were friendly despite trying to check so many of us in at once. Check in took an hour bc of the lines

Our room was very clean, stylish and comfortable. The restaurants are all open to the casino so there’s no eating without being saturated with cigarette smoke. We ate elsewhere.

Was told not safe to walk to and from property because neighborhood not that safe. Clean room. Comfy beds. Great casino

Very slow check in..but front desk person very nice.Vending machine took money but didnt despense product. Very few towels.. no extra pillows like in many lesser hotels. Woke up in the morning and entire 7th floor smelling strongly of ccigarettes....left at 730 am and coffee bistro still wasnt open. Have had much better experience at hotels costing $ 100 less a night. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL. Will not stay there again..or recommend
