Excellent apt. for Oban. Close to wharf, attractions, food & pubs. We arrived @ 10 pm and staff were welcoming and knowledgable. Highly recommended!

Beautifully clean apartment within easy reach of the town for places to eat and a few minutes away from the ferry terminal. On street parking was reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The check in instructions said we would be greeted on arrival. I messaged to confirm an arrival time but no one was there and no one answered the phone when we called multiple times. We eventually had to find the check in for the hotel (not the apartments) ourselves.

No air conditioning - it was so hot in the room it was like a sauna. We had to go back to reception and beg for a fan which to be honest did very little.
Midges- the room window had been left open and there were midges in the room when we arrived. We had to get them out and close the window. The lack of any sort of net on the window meant we couldn’t open it for the duration of our stay.
Condition of the room: run down and the bathroom was in particularly bad condition. Both the toilet roll holder and the towel rail were on the verge of falling off. There was also only half a roll of toilet paper so we had to again go to reception to get this and then walk it back down the street to the apartment.
Power shower - you have to click the power on for the shower before you enter and then switch it on and these notoriously have terrible water pressure.

I am sure they are going to do a zhoosh up in the offseason as parts a bit chipped/tired esp the shower stalls. I should say tho that overall the property was well cleaned and presented with helpful reception staff. Oban is a lovely wee place to visit.

The apartment was ok. the bathroom sink was quite small that water would spill when used, not all the appliances in the kitchen were operational (stove top and oven not working). No washing machine as advertised on expedia which was disappointing. The location of the apartment was great and central.

Not enough cutlery, glasses. 2 rings on hob broken. Oven not keeping to temperature. Fridge constant at freezing. Tv...set by someone at adult channels. Exoected full working kitchen as advertised...which is why we exoected to be able to cook our Christmas dinner without stress! Not enough staff on duty. Broken street doorbell to our spartment.

The property was on the third floor (4th floor for Americans) with no elevator. The kitchen appliances were old. When we arrived, the carpet outside the bathroom was soaking wet. We reported the problem and were given towels to lay on the floor. We thought that maintenance was going to look into the problem while we were out the next day but nothing was done. The best thing about the apartment was its location, which was walkable to shops and restaurants and to the ferry.

Couldnt log into free wifi in apartment, worked in Hotel reception 100 yards away gave up with asking reception, no laundry facilities although Hotels.com say there is and no housekeeping, appreciate restrictions in place but couldve left fresh towels etc at the door

The accommodation, place in Oban etc were perfect for what we needed. The kitchen equipment/cooker/lighting/ were pretty awful although we managed. The receptionist informed us that these were all due for replacement and we saw them currently in boxes in reception so I trust they will be fitted shortly. If you intend to do any cooking other than boiling a kettle check with the hotel that your apartment has been re-fitted. Would happily use the accommodation again if the kitchen equipment is replaced.

Great location in Oban and the apartment we had was very clean, modern and had everything required to make your own lunch/ dinner including fridge / kettle etc. We didn’t have any tea towels or oven mit but we improvised and used a bathroom towel for cooking duty. Overall would recommend and stay here again if in Oban.

The room is located further down the street from reception next to a very loud pub. Calls to reception were not answered and the internet was down for the entire duration of the stay
