The property is really nice, great location. The only surprise is the property does not have air condition. We were a bit worried it might be uncomfortable. One can open door and windows, and the room temperature is comfortable. However it also means lots of flying bugs in the living room. Would be a great improvement if the property has air condition option.

New, roomy, modern, beautiful views, 10 min walk to downtown, all the modern conveniences. Highly recommended and we enjoy 5 star accommodation.

Nothing mentioned about the fines if you don’t follow the rules or the &1000 bond over and above the full cost of renting the apartment.Still waiting for the bond to be returned 4 days after departure.
Would definitely not have booked the apartment if I knew about the fines and bond before paying in full

Very clean. Rooms are spacious. Kitchen is equipped excellently. Spa bath is great. Wifi with power and speed. It was all right with us for our four days' stay without service. In a walking distance to town center, though climbing up the hill to the apartment needs energy.

The house has a stunning lake view and is only 5 minutes away from the town, where you can find all kinds of activities, restaurants and shops. Inside the house, it is clean and tiny. The administration team also responded very promptly.

Very good place to stay in Queenstown. The view from the front row appartment (no. 9) is just stunning. However be aware, that there is some kind of construction site on the oppersite side of the road - could potentially cause noise and disturb the fantastic view - I would check it carefully before renting again.
Communication with the 'Staysouth' were a bit troublesome - many mails, but still happy we stayed there. Walking distance to Queenstown city centre is approx. 10-15 min.
Highly recommendable to take the hike (Tiki trail) up the skyline gondola station on the mountain - approx. 1-1,5 hours - a nice climb.
