We booked a twin room with windows, but that ended up being a windowless room with a king size bed. We are pretty sure that it did not say the room has no windows on your website when we booked it. It is a real scam. We are upset with the dishonesty Hotels.com handles customers’ booking. And because of this unfortunate incident we will never use Hotels.con again.

Check in the hotel and the AC not working. I told front desk that going for dinner and back so they can fix the AC. When come back; the AC is not fixed and the enginnering came back and fixed it. Vwry unorganize

Signage for Parking was unnoticable and poor. It seems the hotel main biz is velet parking with so many clear signages but not the dictory for normal parking

Look it's a beautiful property but needs maintenance especially the carpet area of the residences. All rooms too. The bathroom water pipe should be placed in a different location for easy access. No bar for the elderly or handicapped. Very dangerous when you take a bath. And when you use the toilet area.

I'm allowing to check in early as per request. Nice, clean and comfort room except the pillow given was too flat and had requested extra pillow. Great location with nearby with mall (convinient for food, grocery etc)
