The sheets on the bed were gross dirty and we had to call to get changed first night. They apologized and quickly took care of but not the impression you want to have when you arrive for what else is lurking around.

This is a very nice place to stay. My husband is disabled and he did well here. It is.clise to everything and the hotel staff at the front desk were always present and helpful. It was very clean. There is some construction going on nearby but this did not hamper stay.

This was our second trip to Pigeon Forge in the last two months and we absolutely wanted to stay again at the Black Fox Lodge. Everyone of the staff that we have come in contact with have been friendly and courteous. A great place.

The only non-positive comment I can make is regarding the room refrigerator. The on/off was mechanical not electronic; so every time the refrigerator went on it made a loud enough pop to wake me up. I just turned the refrigerator to off and slept well.

Need all carpets replaced. Our room you couldn’t even walk around with shoes off, my kids tried and their socks where brown with dirt. Allergens in room were horrible as the room was way to dark and no airflow. Smelled like cat urine as soon as entered room. No fan in bathroom made room even stuffier after showering.
Pull out sofa bed was so uncomfortable you shouldn’t advertise it as an extra bed. Walls next to bed was dirty like someone spilled drink or something on it. The breakfast options were the best thing about our stay and we didn’t even eat there.

A very clean hotel with a frendly staff. This was a very nice place, but the bed was terrible. One of the worst beds ive ever slept on. It was the one large drawback from an otherwise perfect stay.

Overall, it was a decent trip. Hotel is definitely showing some wear and tear. Not alot of maintenance going on. The lady at the front desk when we checked in had no personality and was NO help. This was our 5th stay at this location and may be our last.

We have stayed at this property two times now and each time we have enjoyed the experience. The beds are so comfortable and the pillows. The staff are so friendly. It is conveniently located in a place where you could walk to an attraction or make a short drive. We will return as soon as we can. Love this place ❤️
