Madrid was our first leg of our euro trip. My family of 4 (includes 2 teenage girls) enjoyed our stay here at the hotel. Hotel staff was pleasant, helpful, friendly and nice. Hotel property was super convenient in location. Breakfast buffet had a variety of foods and drinks to choose from.

The service from every employee I encountered was great and with a smile. The bathrooms were nice and AC worked well. The rooms are small (as I read in reviews) but the layout of the hotel is very thoughtful with great common areas that you can relax and enjoy. The view from the top with free tea/coffee was one of my favorite areas but the downstairs game and reading area was great too. They also have lockers available for luggage if you are hanging out in the area before or after your stay. (Only €1)

It was an amazing time! Staff is soo friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back! We got free unlimited drinks on arrival as Expedia gold members which was quite nice.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The area was fantastic. We were 10 minutes from Atocha Train Station, minutes from Reina Sofia museum. 10 minutes from the Prado Museum and Retiro park. Lots of restaurants to choose from and in walking distance. Loved this place.

This is an amazing hotel. I am a solo traveler and found the room a bit small but it was very clean and I enjoyed it. Very close to all places I wanted to visit so that is a plus. Service is great and the breakfast I had the last and only day I ate there was really good. I would definitely recommend this hotel..

One step away from the subway (Estación del Arte). Very clean although a little small. Friendly staffs.

Walkable to Atocha train station; Airporter buses are easily available; many great restaurant within 2-3 minutes walk; hotel staff very helpful; room size was small but had all required amenities with clean and comfortable beds; liked the sink outside the toilet; overall a great place to rest and relax.

This was my second time staying here. Fabulous staff. Help with any needs you have. Now they have a breakfast option which is great. Good food, great coffee. One minute walk to subway station. Close to museums.

I loved the hotel, the rooms are small but perfect. The location is very good, close to several metro stations.

This was the cutest little IKEA type room. Perfect for a solo traveler. The room was spotless, the coffee was free, and the staff were so nice and spoke English excellently. As a bonus it is right next to the Renfri Museum and had lots of cute little cafes and eateries. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a room in Madrid.

Great breakfast. Hotel is very convenient to Atocha train station, bus stops, Retiro park, Prado, etc. Room was a little small; fine for my wife and I, but might be tight for someone with a lot of luggage.

The hotel is very well located, close to the Atocha’s train station, The Retiro park, Museo del prado, Museo Reina Sofía , the staff is super friendly and the breakfast is very good. I recommend it.

First of all, the breakfast served with the morning sunlight streaming in was absolutely delicious! Also, when we mentioned that we were checking out early in the morning and couldn't have breakfast, they made us a picnic bag. The hotel is very close to Atocha Station, almost next to the Reina Sofia Art Center, and extremely close to the Prado Museum and the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, and is conveniently located within walking distance of various restaurants.
