Its a nice spacious resort with a private beach and a very nice big pool for adults and kids. On point location for safari, theme park, casino, spa & gym. They are short staffed at the front desk and concierge and are painfully slow and non informative. Food and beverage service have a big scope of improvement in terms of quality and speed.

Great experience high quality breakfast excellent service free Wi-Fi on hotel shuttle bus free Airport pickup and drop off and well maintained property absolutely amazing. (Try coconut coffee we love it)

An old facility, didn’t like much on restaurants choices. Have one diner at Nemo restaurant, so disappointed, the Vietnamese food they prepared so horrible & shameful & not cheap. The restaurant at the Grand world also terrible, they all should close down.
The breakfast buffet was good & like the beach.

The swimming pool, cleanliness, and breakfast were all perfect. Thank you to the staff for their kindness. I plan to visit again on my next trip.

You can swim out up to 20 minutes. 99% if the staff are great, but one or two senior staff at reception ruin it with poor customer service and air of arrogance. English is a bit limited at this hotel and in Phu Quoc in general. I would still recommend this hotel, because it’s very good and most staff are very sweet.

Having spent a whole week (21-28/04)at Vinpearl Resort and Spa in Phu Quoc, this is the newest and most beautiful Vinpearl resort that we have been to, and we are very grateful for all the kindness, hospitality and services that we are have received during our stay.
The beach is amazing, clean, well-looked after, with life-guard on duty from dusk to dawn.
Free regular (and on time) Vinbus services back and forth to amazing places like Grand World, VinWonders and Vin Safari makes it even a more wonderful experience to stay at Vinpearl Phu Quoc resort !
The Resort has a nice ,clean and gigantic swimming pool for all the guests to enjoy. The only comment we would make here is that for certain months of the year (e.g. April) the pool water is just TOO WARM. It would be great if Management could test the temperature of the pool and try to keep it below 30 degree Celsius
The buffet breakfast at the Shell restaurant is rich, plentiful and delicious !
Last but not least: the view from our Deluxe Ocean-view king bedroom is simply beath-taking! The sunset view is just amazing! We definitely come back again

The reception area was clean and beautiful. I booked 4 villas with a private pool. None of the pools pumps or lights was working. told the staff there twice and one time they came out to fix and it worked for a bit then stopped working so the pool was unusable. the pool water wasn’t dirty but I didnt want the kids swimming in it with no filters working.
Checking and checkout was terrible. over an hr to check out and I had already prepaid everything and gave them my credit card for any incidentals. we had to catch a bus to go to a ferry and was almost late. I would expect check out to be fairly quick since everything was already paid for in advance but they staff said they had check the room before I could leave to make sure if anything was used in the min fridge. I was told that I had a room credit to used for amenities but after they checked the room they said the credit couldnt be applied for the items in the fridge so I had to pay out of pocket.
overall dont think I would ever stay here again or recommend. I booked 4 villas and wasnt worth the price. Wasnt as nice as advertised. only good thing was it was right on beach and the beach was beautiful
