Rooms were in a bad shape especially the bathroom. Additionally the windows wouldn't close properly resulting in more noise from outside and the window curtains weren't wide enough causing light to enter the room at early morning. One elevator was out of service for several days. On the plus, the bed and AC was good.

Entering the hotel lobby was difficult, there should be more clear signs in car park. It was only one night stay for us but they gave a room that almost doesn't have a window (small windows looking at nowhere). I am a bit frustrated about this.

As always, the staff were very friendly and helpful.
We are impressed that there is now an underground metro station just a few minutes walk away giving us easy access to the centre of Izmir.
We will come again.

First room they gave us was very dirty. We checked three , four rooms very equally dirty. Finally we got a decent room. This made our stay difficult after driving all that distance.

As usual, we were welcomed like old friends and we were pleased with our room on a high floor overlooking the Bay of Izmir.
As usual, the bed and room were very comfortable with tea and coffee facilities.

This welcoming hotel seems to be our home from home when visiting the city.

We really liked this hotel. The location was close to two major shopping centers both of which had large food courts. The rooms were large with very clean bathrooms
with great views(we were on the 18th floor). The breakfast buffet had lots of variety which we enjoyed. Best of all, we found it very easy to get to the highway to the airport at the end of our stay.

It shows wet blood scars.

I guess they didnt clean with vaccum and water .
But the employe who work there are very kind .

And the most worse is the hotel only have 2 lift from many hundred room . I must wait 15-20 minutes to get inside the liff. Omg they must build new lift .

I do travel a lot but this was my Worse hotel ever, i have asked for double bed what they did was move two single bed together to make double bed i couldnt sleep because of the cape between two beds
Next morning i asked reception to make it two single at least i could sleep in one bed they were like oh we sorry to hear that we will fix it today bla bla bla i came back to hotel 4 am in the morning forget about fixing the bed they didnt come in the room for cleaning or making your bed basically i didnt have room service lol waste of money

I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels in Turkey, and every one of them has had excellent customer service. This one was so comically bad, I had to laugh now and then, even though the attitude of the scornful older man who works at the reception desk infuriated me. I thought horrible customer service was a USA thing. And I still do. Maybe Ramada’s roots have crept up through cracks in the earth stretching from my home town to Balçova. They lied to me about the pool hours and requirements. Their ad is misleading. The light in the hall didn’t work. The computer equipment didn’t appear to be working in the office.

Yet again we have come to stay at this hotel. It is convenient and easy to get to, with off-road parking and it is close to many shops. What is there not to like?

There was a delay checking in when we arrived. Reception asked us to pay even though we had paid previously on-line. This was sorted out and we had a room on a high floor as we had requested. The bed was extremely comfortable and we enjoyed the view across the Bay of Izmir in the evening after dark. The windows needed a good clean and the net curtains needed a good washing. Breakfast was excellent, the best we have had here, probably due to the property being full due to the Presidents Cycle Tour. As always, we will come again.
