Property was beautiful. Loved the pool area and the beach. Our room was very clean and had an amazing view. The water at Doctors Cove Beach was crystal clear. Food was very good. Activities are lacking so make sure you want to just relax and not do much. Area around the property is a tad sketchy but never felt unsafe on the property grounds or beach.

This property is perfect for content creators only.The food was very distasteful, we had to leave the property to get food elsewhere. The bathroom was very moldy. For the price I payed per night , l shouldn't be writing this kind of review.

My first time at S Hotel and it was disappointing. I want to understand that it is considered a “boutique” hotel but it did not give what I needed it to give. We arrived to the Hotel with our luggage in hand all the way to front desk, yes, you heard that right. We did not get greeted with a cold towel and/or a welcome drink. No one to help us with our luggage either. At Check in, we were upgraded because of my VIP Access. Food experience, we were there for 2 full night and wanted to experience 2 of 3 of their restaurants. However, only 1 restaurant a night opened per night, we did not have a choice which restaurant to eat. JAMRock, was delicious. The seafood restaurant, which we did not want to even try but didn’t have a choice because Roots was closed, was disappointing. We did not like food whatsoever. At JAMRock the lobster and ribeye was delicious. Monday morning, we attempted to go to the pool in the roof and the staff said it was closed off for another guest. So we had no other choice but to go to the main pool that was filled with dead ants and bees. When we complained, the pool attendant went over to clean. Now for my staff experience, most of the staff were friendly, however, I did have a run in with a lady who was covering the regular lady at the cafe. Attitude was awful. I had asked if they had beef pattys and she pointed over to the labels and said “does it say on the labels if there is” Honestly, I was ready to go back to Secrets after the first night.

The pool area was beautiful, the beach was nice. Staff were very nice and helpful. The buffet and restaurants were nice. I was supposed to receive a free bottle of wine but I didn't even when I mentioned it. But overall the experience was nice.

Telephone in the room didn’t work the entire stay which was very irritating to try to call the front desk orr order room service. Good night Sehgal use the detachable showerhead, which was not user friend

The S Hotel is average in my opinion. The staff wasn't friendly. The rooms aren't too clean. I made a reservation for the restaurant for two nights and one day was my birthday. The reservation was canceled accidentally. I waited two hours to see if they could squeeze me in. Other birthdays and anniversaries were celebrated at the restaurants but mines wasn't because the lady at front desk not only canceled my reservation but also didn't note my birthday as she said she would. The restaurant that didn't require a reservation said I couldn't come in with a bathing suit & cover-up but remaining days there, when I'd go for breakfast, most people had on bathing suits. There is nothing to do on this resort. The entertainment is very boring and mediocre. People sat on the cabana outside of our room that was reserved for our room. They left their cups there as well. The floors had permanent stains on them. Housekeeping just walks in the room after knocking. If you're doing adult activities, you'll be embarrassed. They don't allow you to respond. There is no privacy or doors in the room. The only door is the toliet. The drinks are good. But the staff wasn't friendly until the day I left and person at the front desk was the reason I'm providing 3 stars. My spouse and I was so bored & we ended up arguing. Margaritaville was closed and we tried to walk to the casino but was scared bcuz so many people followed us and approached us to buy things. Unfortunately, I would not return.

Staff was extremely helpful - provided insight on surrounding excursions and overall very friendly. Food was excellent - lived up to all good reviews. We never had trouble finding a spot on the beach or pool (trip was end of Aug). Would recommend for a relaxing stay with quick transportation to the airport.

Our experience was ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! At first it felt too small, but then the coziness overwhelmed us and we loved it! The ONLY thing I would change was to have entertainment from 9pm til midnight, everything ended at 10pm and everyone was sitting around pretty much bored! Everything is literally "right there" which was a great thing for us! Excellent for couples who have difficulty walking 💯! The staff provided EXCELLENT service and friendliness all around! The pool and beach was clean and there was always available seating. Soooo I want to give a Special Thanks for the Love and Friendliness of the following employees (they were ALL fabulous, but some were extra "SPECIAL") Kemona - a server at the buffet for lunch and dinner, Her SMILE lights up the room....a truly genuine lady! Shemeka - a server at the buffet for breakfast, so friendly and happy and ALWAYS kept our Mimosas filled! Temele - bartender, her energy lights up the room and she takes care of everyone, no ones drinks were ever empty!..conversations with her were great! Fabian - towel booth...greeted us with the happiest greetings every morning, always made us smile! O'Neil - beach side towel guy...hustled his butt off making sure EVERYONE had clean towels on their chairs and enjoying the beach...very kind hardworking young man! Denroy - bartender...drinks were always the best! Toney - lifeguard...if you need to book anything, find him! He will take care of you and such a nice guy! Be back soon
