Property could use some renovation. Doors to room could be easily opened, no deadbolt. Close to beach and walkable. Parking is a little tough. Overall an acceptable stay but a little overpriced for weekdays stay.

I appreciated the restauration of the dune. It makes it a more beautiful and quiet place.

The property is very dated thought I was gonna fall through the tub floor the balcony was extremely scary as the porch to get to the room very un steady and the rooms are old and was dirty a/c was horrible room was 100 when we checked in would not recommend

Overall, nice stay. Very thin walls, could hear neighbors often.

The location near the beach and Pier was fantastic. The room was dated but clean and comfortable. Good value.

Room was spacious and clean. So many things to do in the area that are within walking distance and the beach is right behind. I recommend getting the ocean view to see the sun rise in the mornings.

It just wasn’t worth the amount of money that you paid for the weekend. They need to update the rooms. It feels like it’s 1990… It’s too much money for what they give you, don’t give you, the Internet was terrible, and the rooms are dated

The property and amenities are very old. The train that passes night and day is excessively noisy and wakes you up at night. But overall, very closed to the beach and near the pier and other city attractions.

Great place. Only complaints would be the beds were very hard and the train that went by several times a night. Otherwise location, accessibility and convenience was great. Easy check in. Easy parking. Easy check out. Room was what I expected. Balcony was lovely for the morning sun.

We chose this hotel due to the location and the hot tub. Both were excellent. It’s right on the beach and walkable to the pier. We expected the room to be dingy, but it wasn’t bad and was very clean. The bathroom was very outdated and we particularly had a hard time with the shower temp. It’s super sensitive and quickly goes from scalding to freezing. Unfortunately once we found the right temp, it would change on its own. We tried to take speedy showers so we didn’t burn ourselves or freeze. The other issue we had was actually finding our room. The woman who check us in said room 99 in building E. After walking around for a while we found room 99 in building F. We asked some staff for help. They suggested trying room 66 which worked. They said it happens all the time. It would be great if that was relayed to the front desk so they read the key the right way. Overall, decent beach hotel.

We had a balcony room overlooking the pool and ocean. Loved sitting on the balcony and watching a quick storm roll in. Even got to see a rainbow afterwards. The rooms are dated but the bed was comfortable. Our room was clean and quiet. We had no issue finding parking in the lot. And it’s in a great location.

We had a balcony room overlooking the pool and ocean. Loved sitting on the balcony and watching a quick storm roll in. Even got to see a rainbow afterwards. The rooms are dated but the bed was comfortable. Our room was clean and quiet. We had no issue finding parking in the lot. And it’s in a great location.

It's a very "beachy" feeling kind of place. There are several buildings, we stayed on one of the end buildings. Beach access was great. The motel is a little run-down, and outdated, but if you really only care about the beach then that shouldn't be a problem. Everything worked. Parking is tight, we had to pay extra to park our 2nd car across the street. The train noise is pretty loud at night, but you get used to it. All staff were very friendly and helpful. They did have an elevator which made it easy to bring our beach cart up to the room. For the price, I can't complain.
