Stayed for 1 week, staff is always super friendly and helpful. This hotel is as clean as it gets and if it's raining, it's alot of channels on the tv. Fast wifi. Location is also nice with lots of local foods around and the big mall 5 min walk away

Good location and nice room. The International channels on the TV were not working. Heard it’s been non functional for months.
Asked for a quiet room but was given one right in front of the lift lobby originally, which was noisy. Managed to get it changed. There’s only 2 lifts and they got very busy during rush hours.

Staff were nice and friendly. Bathrooms weren’t properly cleaned on the day we checked in.

Overall very good . The one thing that fell a bit short for me was that the mattresses were too hard . Other than that it was a nice hotel. Nice staff and clean property.

This property is in a great location. We were able to walk to the mall and restaurants nearby. A cab ride to other areas was reasonable.
The staff was helpful when needed. The rooms were clean as well as the common areas.

Bathroom was high class with hot baths every night. Nice new carpet, bed a pillows were great. 7-11 nearby. Buffett breakfast was very good. Restaurant was okay. Walk to the mall. Help arranging transportation was good. Everything I expect satisfied.

My housekeeper was very helpful and very courteous. The property is a safe walking distance from a major mall that is filled with restaurants of all kinds . There is a 7/11 next door that has cheap fried chicken and rice and all sorts of snacks , drinks , and grooming products in case you forgot something . Taxi is always available in front of the property . No wait for a taxi .

I always stay for 2 nights when I first arrive in Cebu. Excellent service. Clean rooms. Staff is wonderful. Morning buffet breakfast is always very good.

staffs are very friendly and accomodating. beds are nice, comfy and good linens and the room is very clean. would be nice if there’s vanity kit ready placed and bath robes and i realized it’s only available upon request. Theyhavr good breakfast and dinner buffet choices. it has gym and small pool. it works for me and for my son who loves water.

The room layout was awesome, and the facilities as a whole were well kept and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
My only feedback would be to have thicker pillows. It was nice there were two options, but they both ended up being pretty flat.
