Even though the person checking me in was nice , he was alone and I could tell he needed help. I was the third person on line and it was about to be my turn when he took the 2 voucher people behind me first. He said they would be faster. After 9 minutes more, plus the 11 previous minutes, he attended to me, a prepaid customer which ironically only took 3 minutes.

Overall a good place to stay if you’re leaving from DIA early in the morning. Didn’t spend much time, but the room was comfortable. My only complaint is that when I called to find out where to pick up the hotel shuttle from DIA after we dropped off our rental car, I was simply told “Island 3” in the ground transportation area. Island 3 is quite long, so I said “where on Island 3?” The initial response was just a repetition of “Island 3” but I insisted there had to be some indication of where on Island 3 the shuttle would stop. I asked which door of the airport building was closest to the stop, and was finally told 512, which fortunately turned out to be where we were standing. We could easily have been at the other end of the Island.

I had to cancel my trip for healthy issues and the property didn’t work with me on cancelation. I get it that was their policy but sometimes compassion goes a long way in business.

Only a one night stay to catch an early morning flight but it did the job.. nice room, loved the huge shower I didn’t feel cramped up.. the front desk clerk was super nice and took care of me and my family right away.

It was nice hotel. We waited over an hour to be picked up at the airport when we arrived. The complementary breakfast could have been better. The eggs were imitation, and the muffins were not fresh and were hard. Not much of a selection offered. In the room most of the the lamp device chargers didn’t work and the refrigerator wasn’t turned on and I don’t think it worked. The coffeemaker leaked water out the bottom so it was unusable. The pillows were too full and uncomfortable. It was nice to have the restaurants behind the hotel and Ruby Tuesday within walking distance.

The room was nice and clean and close to the airport and offered a shuttle to the airport. the only complaint about the room was the air conditioner was VERY loud when it cut on and off.

The hotel was fine but when you pay for a room I expect to get to park for free for the night I was there.

The staff here will go above and beyond for you she worked with hotels to change my booking from down town to airport, while a waited and it took her no time at all to fix this issue the staff is very very professional. They also help with getting to the airport on time as so not to miss your flight they know what Team work is!!!

Very few quality dining options

Very convenient to DIA and free shuttles were awesome (both drivers we had over our stay were awesome and so, so helpful with info and airport tips). Lots of food options within walking distance (shared parking lot) and 2 gas stations right there. Check-in was disappointing and initially I thought we had made a mistake as a result. The two front desk employees, after we waited in line for about 10 minutes (not their fault) did not greet any of the people checking in, continued to talk to each other about an issue with a third person, and just generally gave us the impression they were annoyed by having to check us in. They didn’t offer any additional info (aside from breakfast times) and appeared reluctant to help when I asked additional questions about shuttles and locations (thank goodness the shuttle driver had been so helpful). They assisted someone who walked straight up to the desk, despite a considerable line of people who had been patiently waiting. 2 of us checked in for a 2-person reservation, and when we got to the room discovered they had only given us 1 key. And when my daughter and I first walked up to the counter for our turn to check in and stood in front of the employee on the right, the employee on the left immediately said to my daughter “um, I’m going to need you to move over” in a very dismissive and unprofessional tone. The next morning, we spent 20 minutes trying to figure out how to lift the blackout blinds. I finally went down to the front desk and

Very friendly staff and the airport shuttle was very timely. The shuttle driver gave good pertinent info and was also very friendly.

The roll in shower did not have a seat or a hand held shower. Not good if you are in a wheelchair.
