Love this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The hotel is quite new. It has a modern style to it. The staff are friendly, room is clean, service is very nice, breakfast is good. It was a very good stay and I will stay there again for sure.

Good location whereby its in the town center, easily access to shopping mall 5-10 mins away from hotel via taxi/grab car. There's a supermarket located right next to the hotel. The hotel room condition is normal but the towel is a little bit dirty and noise separation is a little poor where you can hear neighbor guests talking and showering. Overall it was a pleasant stay for this good deal of hotel price.

my dad left his wallet in the hotel room and only realized it after we left the hotel 30mins ...I quickly make a call to the hotel receptionist and informed them about the wallet..10min later they called me back to informed that they had found the wallet...we were so thankful that nothing was missing..staff were very helpful and nice.:)

Had a very bad experience at this hotel. They put me on smoking room on first day although I booked non-smoking. I agreed since it was told only for one night. The second day when I asked for room change they insisted that the room I am staying is non-smoking and they can put air freshener. Another bad thing was I left a personal equipment in the room but when I called back after checkout they denied of any personal item left behind.

Nice hotel, perfect location(about less than 5 minutes driving to Tunjungan Plaza), around 2 minutes walking to Hokky supermarket.
The room is spacious, the Air Con is cold, nice view from the room(can see the Suramadu bridge from my room which is at 18th floor).
The breakfast was okay, nothing too fancy, regular fried rice, noodle, porridge, and some pastry more than enough for me.
Only thing that bad for me is the limited parking spot. Good thing they have free valet service.
Overall, for hotel that cost less than 50 bucks this one has the best value for money.
