The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. No complaints there. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

Clean, quiet, friendly. Our room 214 was right outside the elevator so we were a bit concerned about noise. Other than hearing people next door for less than 5 minutes it was completely quiet. Room was very clean. Only issue we had was bathroom door dragged on tile when opening and clrsimg. Not a big problem but kinda surprised it hasn’t been addressed. Seems it would be easy enough to fix. That being said I forgot to mention it at checkout but housekeeping would have noticed as you literally cant open or shut the door with out quite abit of force. But all in all would definitely stay again.

The front desk was very helpful. My spouse was delayed on a flight that didn’t arrive until after midnight and Shania didn’t hesitate to note it on her reservation so we wouldn’t lose it. Also I love how this hotel has a 24/7 shuttle from CVG airport.

There was little soundproofing between floors.
Beginning before 6 am we could hear every movement and every word spoken from the room above us.
Quality of toilet paper and bath towels were very cheap.
