Great stay in Vedado. This is one of the taller high rises on Ave de Presidente and doubles as a residential tower. Variety of rooms varying in spaciousness. (i was offered a complimentary upgrade, but kept my original reservation as I didn’t plan on being in the room much) Bed was comfortable. Most importantly - shower - hot water and pressure was consistent! My view was inspiring, and the staff was exceptionally accommodating - for example, a staff member obliged to download a food delivery app for me and coordinate the delivery. (Nina, you can delete Mandao now 😉) Other staff members were helpful in arranging taxi/La Nave (which I also couldn’t download). Since I also had internet issues, each staff member allowed me the usage of their personal cell phone hotspot each day so I could take care of basic essentials (ex: downloading maps, confirming arrangements) I really hope I didn’t run up anyone’s data plan! Saving the best detail for last; The welcome drink was muy fuerte - knocked me out! Mil gracias, bartender Ray!

The People working hier are really professionals. You can talk with them totally friendly, as well as they attend all your requests. Special mention for Ray and Nina. I spend lots of time with them and i completely forgot i was travelling alone. Thank you guys!

This place is awesome! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Claudia, who was the most helpful person that I’ve ever met working on the hospitality business. She should get a raise because she made the trip much better with her wonderful English, helpful restaurant suggestions, and Cuba travel tips.

The staff is amazing and breakfast was excellent. I appreciate that most of the staff can speak English. Close to the Malecon and restaurants.

I will highly recommend. The staff were great. In Jamaican slag- “ big up to the Manager and her team, from cleaners, cookers, customer service representatives!” They were all professional. Wi-Fi only available on the 11th floor, but remember it’s Cuba and it will take time before they catch up with the rest of the world. Apart from Wi-Fi, the property was great. El Idilio restaurant and Mercado-tienda is where you need to go to get food. They are close to the property.

I have a inconvenient 2 day no elevators and my room was in 11 floor

The most comfortable bed out of the 3 properties we stayed in! Clean and friendly staff!
