Rooms are comfortable, very affordable rents, and they provide solution to everything.Location is very central at less than 10 min walk to China Town. It was the first place I stayed at on arrival to Cuba and the last one too. I have heaps of praises for every staff member who works at Alhabana. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Havana.

Reception team 24h always willing to help, cleaning ladies, managers, kinds and warm, facilities renovated and in great conditions… great location too close from old Havana and Malecón, totally recommended if you want to stay at a great hotel and enjoy the beauty of the country.

The breakfast is very ample and varied, all the staff very attentive, the hotel has impeccable cleanliness. I really enjoyed walking through the surrounding areas since it has a central location and very convenient for the tourist. I will definitely return

My stay in Alhabana was very satisfactory. When I arrived at the hotel I was surprised by a free upgrade to a master suite. My requests were met before my arrival, decoration, flowers, fruit, water. The room was spacious with 2 bedrooms and a balcony, the cleaning was excellent and the bathroom was complete with all the amenities. The breakfast was delicious, varied and the cooks were very attentive. They even had the detail of bringing me breakfast to my room on a couple of occasions. The reception staff was always very helpful and willing to help me with whatever I needed. I loved Alhabana so much that I already want to go back.

Very good option to stay in the central area of the city. Varied options of restaurants and souvenir shops. Breakfast included with varied options and very good quality. Clean hotel areas and very attentive staff. We arrived early and not only did they give us a free early check-in but also as a courtesy they gave us a free upgrade

We stayed for only a few days, but we enjoyed our stay at this hostel to the fullest. They treated us very well and gave us very good recommendations. At breakfast they were aware of our needs, respected our tastes and preferences. The room was always kept clean. I recommend it to everyone and I hope to return soon. We felt very good at the place. I stayed here with my Husband for our honeymoon. Pros: - The staffs are very friendly and try to help you when you ask and we had good communication with them, especially Rafael, Fabio and Chef Pavel. Pavel even prepared us breakfast even if we left very early in the morning - There were amazing fresh fruits daily - The staffs were available to clean your room and change the towels - very good location, 15 mins walk to the central park and old town - we booked the suite and it was comfy and understandable for a 3 star - Taxi was organized for us on request from and to the airport Cons - On arrival, we met a colony of ants in and around the water tap in our bathroom. We reported it immediately and they came to clean them off. It got really better and we didn't see the ants on the water tap anymore but just a very few going around the room sometimes. the first was a shock to see and they said it was a one off. We advise that they do a full chemical fumigation of the room/building. Fyi, This didn't affect our stay as the room was comfy - On our last day, we were disappointed as we found out that the staffs gave us wrong info about opening days of the cigar museum. Also we were lied to about the booking price for $15 and they said we needed to book it a day before but we found out it was $10 and you can visit it on same day you book it. We are sad we missed it - breakfast was basic and same everyday. The salad or dessert in the fridge was left for days and sometimes went bad

I stayed 2 nights at the hotel and it was very pleasant. Since it is located in a central location, it allowed me to explore the city without problems. The exterior is not very attractive. The staff is friendly. If you travel alone, the Comfort Loft room is the best option, very personal and comfortable, without neglecting its cleanliness

It was my first time in Habana, and I can say I had one of the best trip ever. The all Alhabana team was excellent and did amazing job. Rafael, Roxanne, Maria, the guys who prepare the breakfast every morning, the housekeeper, all of them made their best to help having a great time during my stay. I will be back soon.
