The property definitely needs renovation but that doesnt detract from the size of the rooms, the bathroom and the views from the room and the roof top bar over New Orleans. The room was clean too and even though I turned up at 0930 I was allowed access to my room. All in all well worth the money paid

Ms. Joy was a pleasure to meet upon our arrival and madw sure we had a pleasant stay. The entire front desk staff was amazing. We look forward to visiting the hotel again.

No hot water, was told i had to run the bathroom sink for awhile to get the shower hot water to work! Had to take showers in cold water same fpr out next door room. Broken remote could not turn the volume up all weekend. Very old
