It is in what I think is a conservation area, so only certain types of taxis can come in. We didn't know and the taxi from the airport had to drop us a few hundred metres away as it was not allowed to turn onto the street where the hotel is. We had to pull our suitcases and find the hotel, which is a little hidden.
However, that aside, the hotel is great! The rooms are very clean and very modern. One of the nicer rooms we've stayed in for this trip. It is also in a very convenient location for you to walk around and get to the main attractions, food and drink. In addition, Evi and Andres who were working when we checked in were extremely helpful and friendly. We were kind of hoping to extend another day but unfortunately the rooms were all booked out. I think we may have to come back from another visit.
If you're staying there, check out La Moma which is a restaurant about a minute's walk away for some really good food. If you're looking for great tapas, then go to Boatella tapas which is less than a 10 min walk away.

One of the finest hotels we have ever stayed at... A beautifully designed room with a very calming organic aesthetic... If I could live there I would! Customer service was knowledgeable about the surrounding area and very helpful in calling taxis right up to the front door... One of the best restaurants in Valencia is just 50 ft from the hotel front door!

Excellent place to go to everything eat, shopping, bike rentals and scooter also. Super close to a lot of places that we as tourist want to experience. A must stay place. Cleanliness to the top OMG those ladies are wonderful and super nice. The people at front always ready to help . I asked for taxis and they order in less then 5 minutes were there.

The hotel has an excellent location in the heart of the old town. Our room was a mini studio with a well-equipped kitchenette, including a table for two, a mini fridge, stove, microwave, and all necessary utensils. Although we didn’t cook during our stay, the amenities were appreciated.
The hotel's decor was charming, featuring bright spaces and plenty of green plants. I loved the courtyard-style area between the reception and the elevator. Ours room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was just the right size, and we were thankful for the extra toiletries kit that was provided.
The front desk staff were very friendly and always helpful, providing us with towels for our day at the beach. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely return.
