Great location on a busy shopping street. Easy to walk to all the big sites. Hotel staff very friendly. Rooms a bit small. If staying with a friend be prepared to be very close. The bathrooms don't have a real door.
The gym is very small- weights and 2 bikes. Would have liked a treadmill or cross trainer.
The pool area is small than expected, but the views are amazing.
Roof top bar was great!
Breakfast was super- great food- a bit tight on the table space.
Overall great hotel- except for the bathroom!

It’s challenging getting into the lobby, the elevators are slow and the room towels are cheap for this type of hotel. The Hotel was very clean and the staff were amazing and helpful. It’s located in downtown Madrid, lots of shops and restaurants around. Everything is in a walking distance.

Right in the heart of town and shopping but was very crowded on streets. Rooms were very small and we got the deluxe room. Staff were incredibly helpful

Hotel is in a decent area. Only two complaints I have are the hotel rooms and bathroom are very small and tight. Decor needs to be updated. I don’t know if I would stay here again. We went up for a drink at 23:45 and they told us the bar was closed when they close at midnight.

The hotel was very nice & clean. We really enjoyed the rooftop bar & pizzeria. It’s close to shopping and other areas of Madrid we like to visit. There was only one day housekeeping missed our room & we had to request towels, water & coffee, but the front desk staff was prompt to deliver. Overall, great hotel, friendly helpful staff & good location.

Stunningly beautiful hotel in a very central location. Almost perfect except for poor drainage in bathroom and broken hinge on balcony door. Definitely a great hotel

I booked a basic room, it is very small, does not even have a chair, only one stool and a console table big enough for an iPad. It lacks amenities, there is no minibar fridge, no toothbrush, no razor, etc.
I was told razor was available on request when checking out, but nobody told me that during check in, so it is clearly about saving money.
But it is clean, and location is good.

The area around the hotel is very pleasant, walkable with plenty of restaurants and shops. The "Puerta del Sol" and "Plaza Mayor" are in short walking.
I will go back next time I visit Madrid.
