Maid service amazing..basic but good for price,no restaurant or food available but lots nearby

Location is amazing - 3 min from great Kleopatra beach, and 5 min to all restaurants, museum an cable car to the Castle on the hill. Really loved the location. The wifi was terrible, conditions are so-so. But I paid $100 per week and I am totally sure it is the best place for this price ever!

The property is really handy as it is near the Atatürk Boulevard and right near the beach. A bit disappointed from the room, as it looked really nice in pictures but once we got there it wasn’t what one would expect. The Ac was really old and we had to play it with several times before it would work correctly. Like it would randomly stop and not work. There was a small fridge but because of the short plug, it was in the middle of the room. Like that could be easily fixed by buying a longer cable. The toilet kept moving so sitting down was always dangerous (not firmly set). The water in the shower was really weak. There wasn’t a towel to dry the floor after coming out of the shower. I think in general there was no care and the room looked old and shabby. I’ve been in hostels for half the price with much better rooms. Considering we are in Turkey, the price was too high for what it offered. You are basically paying for the location. The view from the terrace was nothing special (just buildings) and the pool is closed at night. The shampoos are reused and taken from other hotels. Honestly this place offers cheap quality service for a high price considering the local market. I guess it’s not so bad since it’s well-located but apart from that I wouldn’t stay here again.

The stay met our expectations, the location is just awesome near many resturants, markets and the beach. We had limited budget for the holiday so we can’t complain about the hotel. It is not the place to go to if you’re in your honeymoon but if you just want a place to sleep at night it’s the best cost-performance place you could get. The owner and staff were helpful and kind.

The hotel looks really as it is in the picture and even better. Staff is friendly and do not try to rip you off. I stayed with my daughter for 10 days. The hotel helped us to use the swimming devices somebody had left behind. That was very sweet, because we did not have to buy the new one. The Internet is quite good and in the room, but you should ask for it in advance, because it depends of the availability. Location is perfect.

Very old room with only one electric outlet that services the very old mini fridge and if you want to use the hairdryer or charge your phone they have a adapter but my Mac charger burned out the cable when it was connected so that will cost me 3 times the price of a night here, the beds are very hard and the reception hardly speak any english so i had too wait 15minuts in the reseption for the manager to arrive before I could Check in, upon Check out i Asked for AirPort transfer and they told me too get a 250TR taxi so i asked where i could find the buss to gazipasa airport, and they sent me too the buss station by taxi and there I was told there are no more busses leaving to gazipasa AirPort this late in the season.... that was fun... ended up paying for another taxi because of that the last bus had already left for gazipasa town.

Great location, very nice staff, very clean as well, overall it was a nice stay, we had no problem at all, there was hot water, air conditioning and fridge, all the essentials

Worth visiting for the cable car and historic castle and the beach for a swim and sunbake. Don't get sucked in with cheap price of the hotel. We only picked it because of the position. The room is very ordinary and everything else at the hotel is extra

Small friendly hotel. Very good value. Got a sea view room this time. Have used this hotel many times in the past 10 years. We own a villa but like to have a day at the beach & a night out in town from time to time & find this hotel great for this. Excellent location for both beach & town & can usually park for free nearby.

If you want a good price hotel approx 200meters from the beach, in the center of Alanya choose this one. The room is simple and clear, air-conditioned - enough for sleeping, nothing fancy. The swimming pool of the hotel is very small, but when we are there only 1-2 persons was in the same time, so it was not full. Staff is friendly. It is a cheap hotel in a very good place.
