Great having a full kitchen and views of the Lake (which we didn’t this time though it was requested)We did get a room far away from the elevators though (also requested).

No rooms was available but took reservations online diverted to other hotels at 2:30 in the morning.

The hotel was nice and quiet. Room was spacious and well furnished. Naya at the reception was very nice and helpful and always deals with a smile.
The only issue we had it during our stay was shortage of supplies so we had 3 days with no soap bar, in Marriott can you believe it! When we asked we got informed that they ran out of supplies and they are on order.
Parking fees was surprsing for me as the location of the hotel is not that busy to get the guests to be charged to park their vahicles.

In general, we had a great stay but the thermostat only had two settings: too hot and too cold! The area around the property is seedy and run down. I've traveled extensively but never before seen a street sign warning me that I'm in a "high prostitution activity area"!

Expedia website reflected “shuttle from airport”. But inaccurate - there is NO SHUTTLE

Technical issues with doors, we could not get a key to our room for our entire stay. Making it inconvenient to go in and out of our room . We did not get a dos point for this inconvenience. Paid extra for balcony to fin out it is only 12 inches wide and you can barely stand on it. Unable to see lake.

View of the lake from my room is amazing, it was beyond excellent. The front desk staff, Jerome and the other lady(morning shift) were very nice and helpful. The only thing I didn’t like about this place is the breakfast, tqhere wasn’t a lot of food choices. Also, the coffee & creamer at the lobby were empty which kinda surprised me. I thought that was a given standard to hotels.
