We can warmly recommend this hotel! Good location but a little tricky way to walk from. Otherwise, nice, service minded staff , we had a lovely suite, beautiful garden. So overall an affordable good hotel

I am disappointed about check in time That day, when i went to go to hotel at 10am for leave my luggage, i told to staff maybe i will come at 10pm. But i arrived at about 10:40 pm in your hotel, So i think that check out time is 10:30pm, but your staff told me to check out time 10pm, because i told you 10pm before Except of this, i satisfied very much, thank you

We had an excellent stay. As others have said, the hotel is a welcome retreat from the city, situated in a green oasis. Staff were helpful and welcoming and the breakfast was one of the best we had during our 3 weeks in the Far East. Thanks so much!

Beautiful hotel, breakfast & the pool area is especially amazing. Staff are so friendly, highly recommend if staying in Bangkok. Pool has sunlight all day! Rooms are big and spacious with a balcony.

My favorite hotel in Bangkok!!! Friendly staffs, nice food, beautiful decoration and hotel ambience. Quiet since it is in the Soi near Sathon Rd. not on the main street. You cannot imagine to find this kind of property in the middle of BKK.

Disappointed to say that this hotel is not up to my expectation. Upon checking in the room, there was a puddle of water on the floor near the fridge and there was a weird smell. After turning on the air con for several hours, the smell was gone. Yet, this isn’t something I expect in a 4-star hotel of this price. Also, the temperature of the room goes up to 27C during the day even when it’s set as the coolest temperature. The worst thing of the stay is that on the last day, I was informed my check-out time was 1pm and that I had signed a paper agreeing to that during check-in. During check-in, it was quite late and raining and I probably signed it during a rush without reading the terms clearly. It’s my mistake that I did not read the terms, but I don’t think the hotel should change the terms as it was clearly written in my booking that I can enjoy 24-hour use of room. Since my departure flight was at night, I booked this hotel mainly because of this feature. All in all, this hotel is overrated and I do not recommend it. Cleanliness 5/10 Staff & service 5/10 Amenities 5/10 Location 6/10 Property conditions & facilities 6/10 Eco-friendliness 6/10

Room was full Of bugs. Rain shower never worked. Room smelt muggy. Not great as they say u pay for what u get and it was cheap

Fabulous in every way. Luxurious oasis in the heart of Bangkok. First class service, facilities and food. Returning to Bangkok next week so we have already rebooked!
