Welcome to The Vinyl Vault and the The Pink Royale condos! These units are side by side and can sleep a combined total of 25. Each gorgeous condo is three levels, complete with a rooftop, bonus room, and a unique design personality! Each space has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths and 2 half bathrooms and they are a located just 6 minutes from Downtown!

Brimming with eclectic, vintage style that pays homage to all things music. Special highlights include, the funky aesthetic, the sunny third floor bonus room, and the spacious rooftop.
First Level - kitchen, living room, dining area, and powder room.
Second Level - bedroom one (two full beds), bedroom two (king bed), bedroom three (two full beds), bedroom four (primary with king bed and en suite bathroom). There are also two additional bathrooms on this floor, one connected and one Jack and Jill.
Third Level - bonus room, powder bathroom, and a beautiful rooftop.
The Pink Royale Layout:
Delicate hues and hints of Palm Beach flair await in this beautiful vintage inspired condo! Special highlights include, the whimsical aesthetic, the karaoke stage in the third floor bonus room, and the beautiful rooftop!
First Level - kitchen, living room, dining area, and powder room.
Second Level - bedroom one (queen bed with twin trundle), bedroom two (two full beds), bedroom three (two full beds), bedroom four (primary with king bed and en suite bathroom). There are also two additional bathrooms on this floor, one connected and one Jack and Jill.
Third Level - bonus room, powder bathroom, and a spacious rooftop with views of the Cumberland River, Nashville Skyline, and the Titan's Practice facility.
The Neighborhood:
This stylish home is located less than a mile from the incredible restaurants of Germantown: think 5th & Taylor, Rolf & Daughters, Butchertown Hall, just to name a few! You'll also only be 6 mins from Downtown Broadway!
Parking:
Please park in the unit's private parking garage.
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.
Refund Policy:
