Rooms need to have better care taken off in respect of Air condition and dish-washing machine, both were broken.

Old and barely functioning.
Room supply need to correspond the days you are Booked for and not just one day as was supplied to us.
Going to reception every day for sugar and tea is defiantly unacceptable.
Room service needs to be at least every 2 to 3 days not ones every 8 days.
We staid 7 days and had no room service at all.
Rooftop spar should have a sunblock cover.
It can not be used during the day time at all.

Umbrella can not be open because of the high winds.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Noosa Hill, especially our Penthouse room with spa on the rooftop. The views from our balconies were gorgeous and having a self-contained apartment meant we had everything we needed. Check in and parking was a breeze and everything was explained prior to arriving which was great. The staff were lovely and the pool and surrounding grounds looked clean and well taken care of. A 10 minute walk to the main street and beach was no problem for us, even if the hill was a bit tough on the way back up. We would love to stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Noosa Hill, especially our Penthouse room with spa on the rooftop. We enjoyed our stay. Comfortable and clean apartment. Excellent facilities.
Conversely there was a lot of road noise and there was no Foxtel despite it being stated to exist in the welcome pack.
